Hotel a 3 stelle a Yokohama Naka Ward

Nice hotel to stay, it equipped with a full amenities, there a Lawson on the first floor, 15 minutes walk from kannai, but there is a subway (forgot the name) just right in front of the hotel.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The location is located in the very city center. The bus stop and subway station is just around the corner. There are at least 3 convenience stores nearby. Great clean room, large breakfast spread, friendly service. Thank you

Happy with stay, hotel is clean and look new. Near to train station which is so convenient. Impressed that the staff can recognise us as we have requested to store our luggages at the hotel for 2D1N when we checked out and travel to Gotemba. Next morning staff remembered our request and prepared to help with the administrative work while we are at the checkout kiosk and attending to us, making it so easy and seamless. When we were back to the hotel again to checked in after 1 nite stay at Gotemba, staff recognised us again and brought out our luggages to us. This little thoughts/actions make us feel very much welcomed at the hotel.

Situazione posizione Ho scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione e non è deluso. Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto di Haneda. Vicino alla stazione per viaggi in basso verso enoshima o kanazawa

During cleaning, dust was not wiped everywhere. Clean towels are always hung on the door, although I do not need them. These are all small things, of course. I really liked it, it is quiet, comfortable, conveniently located, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Situazione conveniente con la stazione Bashamichi direttamente sotto. 4 fermate a Yokohama e 1 fermata a Sakuragicho. fermata a World Porters e le altre attrazioni sono anche vicine, assicuratevi di acquistare il biglietto Minato Burari. La camera era molto confortevole e abbastanza grande, la camera era ben grande e la vista era sorprendente. Molti ristoranti e negozi di comodità sono vicini, rendendo tutto un ottimo hotel in termini di valore per soldi e posizione. La colazione era buona nonostante le opzioni fossero limitate, ma la qualità brilla. Il personale dell'hotel era estremamente accogliente, amichevole e utile! Lavastoviglie era facile da operare e costa ¥500 yen per un 2 ore era e secco. Molto consigliabile!

Close to JR station but it is an old hotel. Front Desk service is just ok. I stayed 2 nights and book separately. The hotel is not aware and ask me to change other room another day. I argued with them and insist in staying same room 2 nights and finally they arranged another room that can stay 2 nights. I believe they can handle my case better.

離橫濱BUNTAI場館走路十分鐘左右，酒店旁邊十米就有711便利店，2樓有一家連鎖咖啡店，吃早餐特別方便，早餐性價比也很高 雖然臨街，但是晚上挺安靜的不影響休息 離地鐵口稍微有一點點遠，步行十分鐘左右，離公交站很近 衞生：衞生可以，正常酒店的水平 服務：服務很好，前台可以英語溝通

We reached at 1pm was told the check in time was 2pm. We came back at 2.10pm room not ready, we only got our room at 2.45pm . Check out time was 11am, when I requested to check out at 12noon I was told that if I am a hotel member it would be free. They would or should have enrol me as a member to give me the free late check out option. Instead the same lady that checked us in late charged us JPY1,000. Which I did bother to argue. Service in Japan now sucks especially with BIG cities!

L'hotel è stato molto aperto, il personale era molto professionale, la posizione è ideale per shopping e anche per l'accesso ai ristoranti locali.
