Fantastico
UUtente ospiteIl miglior hotel a Jogja. Vale la pena di spruzzarsi. La stanza, l'atmosfera, il servizio e il cibo sono grandi. Certo un hotel 5 stelle. La cosa preferita da fare è camminare intorno all'hotel per guardare le arti in mostra mentre mangia il gelatina TingTing.

UUtente ospiteA good hotel in a good location that’s got a weak spot, which is its food. We had a double room that was a great size with a very big bed furnished with comfortable linen. The a/c worked well and was relatively quiet. There was in room tea and coffee and bottled water.
We ate at the hotel twice, and declined breakfast after looking to see what was available. For breakfast, while we were around 40 minutes from the end of service the food looked meagre and unappetising. There was the opportunity to have omelettes etc, but we decided against it.
We ate in the rooftop restaurant, ordering spaghetti bolognese, chicken wings, spring rolls and a pizza. The food took a while to arrive and when it did it all came at once. All of the food was tepid at best and seemed as if it had been waiting to be collected and brought from the ground floor to the top floor. The bolognese was acceptable with the pasta being cooked al dente. The spring rolls had gone soggy and the wings, being just warm, were cooked ok but the sauce they were covered in was sickly sweet. The pizza was not cooked. The toppings appeared to be cooked but the base was raw. The dough was uncooked and inedible. We pointed this out and we were told it could be cooked further. We decided that probably wouldn’t improve it much. The staff offered a replacement, but again we decided that it would take too long and asked for it to be taken off the bill.
The second time we ate at the hotel we used the ground floor restaurant. Once again the food was disappointing. The oxtail soups contained beef that was not tender but tough, although the clear broth was tasty. The pasta of beef Alfredo, which was advertised as containing beef, mushrooms, etc was served with just a few pieces of what looked like smoked beef in a claggy sauce. Again, it appeared as if the meal had been sitting on the counter waiting for the waiters to deliver it to the table and had lost its heat. The fruit salad platter and banana fritters were very good.
Service at the hotel, from reception staff through to housekeeping was very good.
Overall, I’d stay again by I would avoid the restaurants.

DDinaHairiÈ un bel hotel con un senso di lusso. Il piacevole odore all'ingresso crea un'atmosfera accogliente. Il design interno è unico e moderno.. Mi è davvero divertito il mio soggiorno di due notti qui. L'ospitalità era eccezionale e mi sorprendeva piacevolmente ricevere cioccolato al check-in entrambi i giorni.

MM308491****La stanza è fantastica, anche i servizi igienici sono molto puliti e anche l'atteggiamento del cameriere è molto buono, mi hanno persino presentato alla gente del posto che ha noleggiato un'auto, e poi? La tariffa sarà molto più economica di quella che puoi impostare online, e poi ci regaleremo una torta per la nostra luna di miele, ma se vuoi chiedere alla reception, devi dirgli che scegli una torta per la luna di miele e consegnala È una domanda molto soddisfacente, ho anche un vantaggio molto grande, cioè c'è un ristorante fuori dall'hotel, ho pagato nella foto, il cibo in quel ristorante è molto buono, un bicchiere di succo appena spremuto costa solo quattro yuan, e poi il cibo Le porzioni saranno più piccole, il che è molto adatto per nascondere i soldi, puoi provare tutto ei camerieri parlano molto bene l'inglese.

MMrSenWonderful, very unique hotel.
The concrete mixed with the beautiful and well maintained green vegetation is something I haven't seen before.
Maybe it's just placebo but I feel the air in the hotel was fantastic and my slight allergy resulting in my eyes being a bit swolen was completely gone after the first night of our stay.
Breakfast was disappointing, gym is very tiny and so is the pool.
nonetheless I would highly recommend staying there for at least 1 to 2 nights.
Many very good restaurants close by.

La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa, anche con un piccolo balcone.
La palestra soddisfa il suo scopo, la piscina è molto ben situata nel cortile interno dell'hotel.
Il menu del colazione era anche abbondante e buono.
Il personale è sempre stato molto bello e utile.
Io prenoterei di nuovo lì!

MMichaelEasiest our favourite Hotel in Yogyakarta. We have stayed at many and the welcome and generally happiness of the staff is what puts this hotel apart. Our room was neat and clean with a balcony overlooking the forecourt.
The location is good and you are able to walk to many places, although bluebird taxis are always available.

AAshauk88La posizione dell'hotel è a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Malioboro. A circa 10 minuti di auto da Stasiun Tugu. L'hotel è carino e accogliente e il servizio era buono. Anche il cibo della colazione era buono! Adoro la loro cucina indonesiana... una delle migliori che abbia mai assaggiato! Tuttavia la stanza può essere ulteriormente migliorata. La stanza non è delle più pulite. Il bagno era un po' appiccicoso. Il rack che teneva gli asciugamani si è rotto e mi è caduto addosso mentre stavo cercando l'asciugamano. Nonostante tutto questo, prenderei comunque in considerazione l'idea di tornare per restare.

RRunyBunnyThis is my 1st time stay at El hotel recommend by my best friend,since she also stay there with family.
The hotel is atill new ,location and design are nice and strategist,the most i like is serounding by food ,shop and walking distance to famoust Malioboro street.
My memerorable moment are at the lounge cafe ,when i do surprised bday celebration for my father,the staff's are very fantastic and helpful with my last minute request they can deliver good and happy moment.
The breakfast spread also good specially when you dining on weekend the restaurant have javanese music (Gamelan) so make the atmosfer more local jogyakarta.
I will stay again on my future to visit Jogyakarta.
Welldone El Hotel please keep the good work and work out something with ur AC on the room ya specially towards balcony,the room must all cold 😉😊.
