訂了兩間房，每間贈送雙人自助餐，臨行前一天管家告訴我兩間房一共贈送兩個人，而不是一間房贈送雙人自助餐，也就是四個人入住兩間房，衹有兩個人可以用餐，另外兩位如果一起用餐需要自費，讓我不禁感歎酒店太會“玩”了！ 辦理入住前台有點心不在焉，問了問題也不回覆。房間水盆的籠頭出水濺水厲害，要調到非常非常小才能正常用水，否則枱面上以及衣服上都是水，但調到水量小就無法啟用熱水，而且水盆這裏黴味很重，跟管家聯繫後修好了。 房間一面臨村民私宅，一面臨路，晚上村裡的狗叫了一晚上，根本休息不好，説好的山谷景觀房呢？ 退房時發現入住時都有酒店人員介紹免費中葯浴包，而且還有使用温泉注意事項，我辦理入住時沒有任何人跟我介紹，可能酒店對入住人羣有區別對待吧！ 還有預訂時房間套餐含弔籃小食伴手禮，入住時變成需要付款28或38元不等的費用，前台告訴我如果不想買可以退房時贈送蘿蔔乾伴手禮，結果退房時就説房卡給了就可以走了，我追問才説有的，如此雞肋讓人不適。 總體體驗感不好，與不遠的温德姆酒店還有相當大的差距。
