1、硬件設施：房間設施屬於日式簡約風格，但很舒服。要説缺點，走路時，地板會嘎吱嘎吱地響，我有時候會擔心吵到正在睡覺的孩子或樓下是否會聽到。拖鞋、洗浴用品的品質非常不錯。2、服務理念：所有的服務人員都很好，會主動詢問我是否需要幫助或服務。3、園林設計：高低錯落有致，茶園就在茶室前方，適合坐在茶室裏看着茶園放空。我幾乎走了酒店裡所有的林中小徑。盆景和插花有意境。特別喜歡茶室的設計和綉球沿着小徑的美景。缺點，看到茶室有煙灰缸。茶室的廁所有異味。因為我個人不喜歡香煙味，會感覺這麼美的地方有香煙味是煞風景的事情。4、關於食物：入住兩天，早餐品種會有替換，並使用多種當地時令食材，在旅行過程中，可以接觸不同的食物，也是一種美好的體驗。晚餐的味道也是能感受到廚師的用心，兩個晚上都吃撐了。 5、 茶及飲品：從高鐵接站開始，就有一杯熱茶，到辦理入住，到每餐都有不同口味的茶水，還有客房冰箱裏的飲料選品，足見管理者的用心。 總而言之，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。
