The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was fast and easy. Breakfast in the morning had an excellent selection of foods that looked fresh and delicious.

節日裏和家人出遊去宜興😀，選擇了這個家國際大酒店，大廳很有年味兒，很寬敞明亮。我們定了三間房間，酒店安排了一個樓層，入住房間還有水果和一個福袋，裏面是可愛的陶瓷小花生。房間較乾淨，設施有點陳舊了。酒店旁有個專門紫砂壺的市場，過年期間大多數都關閉的。酒店早餐品種很多，服務態度不錯！

酒店位置好，交通方便，雖然是比較老的五星級酒店，但是整潔衞生，服務周到，早餐品種也比較豐富。價格很公道合理。

服務：從大堂開始直到樓上進房間/服務這一塊熱情大方/房間電話不好用/沒能及時和前台取得聯繫/保潔人員上門來問有什麼需要/態度很好/酒店內部人員認真對待我們每一位客人/好評/
衞生：乾淨整潔/
設施： 齊全完善/
給予酒店建議/15樓深夜太吵/不安靜/總有人在走廊裏講話/大聲喧嘩/關門等噪音/其它都很好/

設施：設施殘舊，牆壁發黴，電吹風還是老式掛壁式的風力小的比烘鞋器還弱
衞生：衞生還行吧
環境：一般般，偏陰沉

國慶期間帶父母遊宜興，比較了一下酒店的價格，這家還是可以接受的。酒店周圍除了賣紫砂的店，其他沒啥，所以晚飯也是在酒店吃的。酒店房間還是比較寬敞的，早上自助餐品種也可以。客服顧應妍經理態度好，總體還是比較滿意的！

來宜興玩幾天因為需要三人間所以一起定了這個酒店
提前定還是很充裕的 訂酒店很方便價格也實惠
酒店早餐屬於正常水平 我就基本吃了麪條多加點配料還是挺好吃的
住了兩個晚上 每天都有歡迎水果 很不錯！！！
感覺非常周到
整體房間挺好的 就是酒店設施比較老了 馬桶比較難沖 裏面還是浴缸的那種沒有升級
包括酒店配套設施居然那麼多都是要付費的 太誇張了！！！人家一不注意就拆開要付費了
怪不得要300按金 這點很不滿意
標價也很不合理 就看哪個房客不小心給拆了 那就傻了
其他整體來説不錯 酒店停車也挺好
就是門口服務員一點都沒有服務意識 車子開上去也不知道幫忙拿下行李啥的 就光在門口看着 也不知道幹嘛的
