RRomeryÈ stata la nostra seconda volta all'Hotel Kingdom e abbiamo intenzione di rimanere sempre lì. Il personale è davvero eccellente. Ci hanno aiutato a cambiare la nostra prenotazione anche dopo il periodo di cancellazione, a causa del ritardo del volo. Kelly, che può parlare inglese, era incredibilmente carina, e ha chiesto a un conducente di raccogliere all'aeroporto la nostra Apple Power Bank, senza la marca CCC, altrimenti sarebbe stata conservata dalle autorità. Quando siamo tornati all'hotel 2 giorni dopo, è stato memorizzato alla ricezione e abbiamo preso. Dovremmo solo pagare per il conducente. Non abbiamo parole per questo genere di gesto. Amazing! AAustenikI couldn't find the hotel, but with the help of a kind Chinese person, I was able to contact the hotel and Shuang Shuang came to pick me up in the very hot weather. When I arrived at the hotel, I realized that I had booked the wrong hotel. However, she was still kind and made me an offer that I couldn't refuse (she asked me to come see the room).
The hotel was remodeled last year, so everything was new and it was very clean and smelled good.
I had originally planned to stay long-term at the hotel I had booked, but I canceled after two days and spent the rest of the days at this hotel.
The room must have smoked, but it didn't smell at all because it was always cleaned. There is a free laundry on the 4th floor, and if you leave your clothes and room number, they will conveniently send them to you a few hours later. The breakfast has a wide variety and the chef's food is very delicious. There were many reviews saying that the food was the same every time, and that's true. During my stay, there were 2-3 new dishes, and the rest of the days were all the same. However, having been on business trips and experienced several other similarly priced hotels near the Futian Market, I can confidently say that the breakfast at this hotel is excellent.
I would like to thank qiqi, yaoyao, xiaoyu, and all the hotel staff whose names I don't know, for always being kind and gentle to me.
Today, I was late in preparing and almost missed the bus, but I would like to thank shuang shuang for helping me until the end.
I really recommend this hotel.

DDashanCredo che hotel costosi come questo siano sempre pieni, quindi abbiamo un soggiorno impeccabile in posti dove abbiamo la barriera linguistica. Qui, nessuno parla inglese in modo comunicativo.
Avevamo prenotato una suite deluxe, ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero passato una camera migliore e, una volta arrivati, ci hanno dato una camera soppalcata, abbiamo salito le scale. Siamo arrivati all'ingresso della camera e quel piano aveva solo una piccola area salotto, una zona soggiorno per gli ospiti e un piccolo bagno per gli ospiti, oltre a una camera da letto, armadi, bagno, vasca da bagno, una specie di biblioteca, tutto al piano superiore. Le scale erano alte quasi il doppio.
Avevamo prenotato per una notte, eravamo lì per un evento e avevamo fatto il check-in alle 19:00 per partecipare a un evento alle 20:00 e il check-out il giorno dopo. Non è servito a nulla andare alla reception e sbattere la testa per via della barriera linguistica, chiedere un cambio di camera e spiegare perché volevo cambiare.
Una colazione abbondante, ma niente cibo vegetariano. Questo non è un problema, è il loro punto di forza, ma una struttura così grande dovrebbe tenerne conto e anche il cibo dovrebbe essere ben etichettato. E infine, sono grandi, 1738 rmb a notte, e dovrebbero avere un personale qualificato che parli inglese.
Beh, la camera mansardata sembrava disabitata da molto tempo. Inoltre, in alcuni punti c'era molta polvere.

Il giorno dopo avevo una riunione su Zoom e mi è capitato di usare la scrivania. La sedia era rotta, non stabile e sono sicuro che l'avrebbero sistemata bene all'interno della scrivania, come se nessuno la usasse.
Peccato. Sono sicuro che non sarebbe un brutto hotel, ma quello che abbiamo avuto è stato pessimo.

VVivianIo rimango sempre qui quando viaggio a Yiwu. Questo hotel è in una grande posizione. Le strutture sono belle. La camera è grande e pulita, il servizio è anche molto buono, in generale sono molto soddisfatto. Mi consiglierei di rimanere in questo hotel.

La mia camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, molto più generosa di quanto mi aspettassi; i controlli intelligenti erano un bel toccamento moderno, e il letto era comodo con letti buoni.
Un dettaglio davvero pensativo? Forniscono un tubo di soffitto a piedi proprio nella stanza. E dopo aver passato ore a camminare attraverso il centro commerciale massiccio, ho capito perfettamente perché. I piedi vi ringrazieranno.
Tuttavia, notate che circa le 17:00, il rumore dalle corna dell'auto fuori diventa piuttosto alto, soprattutto se la vostra stanza si trova in faccia la strada. Se siete un sonno leggero, potreste desiderare una stanza in un piano superiore o portare le orecchie.
