La prima volta che ho soggiornato all'hotel Ocean, ma mi ha riservato molte sorprese, il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha scaldato il cuore, ma mi ha anche illustrato la mappa del mercato e il cibo delizioso che c'era in giro, molto premuroso, l'hotel è completamente attrezzato, soprattutto la palestra, sono davvero super soddisfatto, l'attrezzatura per il fitness è completa, tornerò la prossima volta a soggiornare qui...

But this time, the hotel in Yiwu brought us an unexpected surprise, making our trip perfect. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, a warm and considerate atmosphere envelops you. The front desk staff warmly welcomed us, and when they learned that we had children with us, their faces immediately lit up with a radiant smile, and their eyes were full of concern. When checking in, they were quick and professional, and also prepared a small gift for the children - a cute cartoon keychain. When the child received the gift, his eyes lit up instantly and he was overjoyed. When we found out that the hotel had specially arranged a pink princess room for us, both my child and I were very excited. Pushing open the door, it felt like entering a dreamlike fairy tale world. The decoration of the room is full of princess style, and there are stuffed animals such as pink rabbit, pink pig, and pink bear on the bed. They are all cute and seem to be welcoming the arrival of children. The little kid rushed into the room, jumped onto the bed, hugged the cute dolls tightly, and smiled happily on his face. The facilities in the room are also complete and considerate. Children's toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes are all available, and the hotel's attention to detail is evident. The smart devices in the room are also very convenient, and we can control the lights, air conditioner, etc. through the intelligent control, which makes our life more convenient. In addition to the surprise of the room, the hotel's dining also left a deep impression on us. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, including pizza, French fries, fried chicken suitable for children's taste, as well as nutritious vegetable salad and freshly squeezed juice. The waiter will also recommend suitable dishes for us according to the age and taste of the children. During the meal, the waiter would come over from time to time to inquire about our needs, with a kind and gentle attitude, which made us feel the warmth of home. During Children's Day, there will also be a special area for parent-child activities. Different parent-child activities will be held every day, such as handicraft making, making zongzi, lacquer painting competition, etc. We participated in a handicraft activity, and under the guidance of the staff, the children and I made a beautiful small accessory together. This process not only allows children to exercise their hands-on ability, but also enhances our parent-child relationship. This stay at the Yiwu Global Hotel really made us feel what it means to have attentive care and considerate service. The hotel takes every detail into consideration and is very considerate of children and parents. Here, the children spent a very happy time, and I also enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant trip. L'hotel stesso era perfetto, posizione, servizio e pulizia. Abbiamo affrontato un problema con il sistema di condizionamento dell’aria nelle prime due notti. Ciò ha reso la nostra esperienza di sonno davvero cattiva e difficile. Per essere giusti, l’intero hotel aveva lo stesso problema. Hanno cercato di risolvere il problema. Ma non potevano. In merito, rimarrò certamente lì.

We got there with no online reservation, and the stuff didn’t care for us at all, they treated us poorly like they didn’t see us, no good customer service at all. We went out and made reservation online (trip.com) and when we came back in everything was different, they were nice and the check-in process was very quick. The room was clean (except the bathtub). One of the rooms, had a living room without chairs. The bed was really comfortable. The view was ok (but we didn’t come for the view). Overall it was ok, but I was disappointed on how we were treated just because we didn’t book the rooms online.

This is an excellent hotel!** It's very convenient—after shopping, I could come back and rest. They offer free luggage storage, which was a big help. The breakfast was great too, with plenty of bread, including bagues that tasted really good. The area is very practical, with many banks nearby, making it easy to handle financial matters. Behind the hotel, there's a night market with plenty of food options—perfect for strolling around. If you're tired, you can even get a massage, as there are many massage parlors in the area. Another plus is that the hotel staff speak good English, so communication was smooth. **A very convenient and comfortable stay overall!** This version keeps your original meaning while sounding natural in English. Great location (7 minutes by walk to the market), really good breakfast (wide choice of Chinese and European dishes, good quality), staff is trying to be very friendly and helpful. Water drain in the shower was broken and they couldn’t repair it but managed to shift to a new room on the same floor within 10 minutes. That’s really good. Need to take better care of bed linen (stains) and floors (hair and other rubbish, in amount really too much for me). No cigarette smell - definitely big advantage. Be careful - safe box in the room can be easily removed and taken out by 1 hand.

A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

Vicino al mercato del commercio internazionale e al mercato notturno. Non aspettate molto privacy. Le porte della stanza non bloccano il suono. Possono sentire chiaramente le cose nella sala da in camera e nelle camere dalla sala. E in qualche modo, alle 2:00, un conducente di consegna di cibo è arrivato al 6° piano (invece del robot di consegna di cibo) e ha iniziato a chiamare la nostra stanza 10 volte o più per 5 minuti e a urlare per noi di aprire la porta. Poi, dopo aver finalmente trovato la stanza giusta, una ragazza di chiamata è arrivata al sesto piano e ha iniziato a sbattere alla nostra porta alle 3:00, ci ha svegliati di nuovo, finalmente ha trovato la sua stanza, e poi c'erano persone che correvano nelle stanze e gridavano. Riposo terribile di notte. Non rimanere in questo hotel se si apprezza il silenzio e la privacy. Non sono ancora sicuri perché un conducente di consegna è stato permesso di prendere l'ascensore ai piani della stanza alle 2 di mattina quando richiede una carta da camera da swipe. Incredibile. Fortunatamente, era solo un soggiorno di una notte.

The hotel is super clean . Its a bit hard to navigate to it but its worth it. They are very friendly - and its like a full working apartment.
