It was a good hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. They had everything sorted for a foreign guest.

Everything was good about hotel but there are few cons 1. Staff does not know english and try not to help people who don't know chinese at all 2. Spa and Massage coupon are just bait. Everything was overpriced and you can't redeem 3. The dryer of the hotel was not working. It was self serviced service

Close to airport with modern clean rooms. Breakfast was good with both continental and English options.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in China for this price range. The housekeeping staff, in particular, provided exceptional service. We were travelling with a baby and a young child, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our extra needs—things they didn’t have to do. From setting up an extra bed to providing an additional fridge, their kindness and willingness to help made our stay so much easier. Truly grateful for their outstanding hospitality.

room is clean but apparently someone was smoking on the non-smoking floor

It was a very nice property, but it was little far from Market

the location was just walking distance to subway station. and that subway take you canton expo directly that is very easy to reach your exhibiton

Perfect 5 Star Experience with a fraction of pricing

Pretty cozy and with starbucks coffee every morning! I love their food choices for breakfast too! There's also a massage centre in the building , I stayed for 5 days, I went for 4 massage because it was super good!

Very new hotel. Front counter staff Xiao ming were friendly and courteous. Restaurant manager Guo Guo Wei was welcoming and friendly. Room was cute as it is family room and decorated with cute dinosaur, tent, picture with cute cartoon toothbrush, toothpaste, cup and bath foam. Toilet has seat warmer and washes. Hotel is a conveniently located near airport. So good that we extend for another day stay here. We will stay here again next time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast was okay. However I wished there were more breakfast options and things that weren't served cold like potatoes, bread and eggs.
