The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Their breakfast was excellent with western to Chinese buffet style food.

Exceptional hospitality – Felix went above and beyond I had another wonderful experience at this hotel. I decided to extend my stay for an extra night and went to reception, where Felix assisted me. He handled everything smoothly and made the process completely effortless. On my departure day, I realised I had left my room card and phone charger in the room after checking out. I went back to reception, and once again Felix was there to help. Without hesitation, he made me a new key card so I could go straight up and retrieve my belongings immediately. His quick thinking and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a non-issue. Felix truly embodies what great hospitality looks like – professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. The hotel is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be returning.

The hotel was generally good, but there were some things I didn’t understand. For a hotel like Marriott, I was surprised that there were no drinks in the room and the refrigerator was empty. The restaurant in the lobby was nice and the food was tasty. However, many of the reception staff did not speak English, which was inconvenient. Overall, this hotel felt very different from other Marriott hotels. For me, the price and quality did not match. The only thing I really liked was that breakfast was delivered to the room on time. However, when we ordered fruit and juice to the room from the restaurant, it took more than an hour to arrive, which was extremely slow.

Overall amazing stay as usual with Marriott. Especially here at Yiwu. And Doris os so amazingly helpful at reception.

Spacious and clean room. Location is convenient and next to the trade centre.

Very good as allways, they keep a high standard. Felix from reception and his lady colleague helped me resolve an issue, very friendly staff and well trained. Keep up the good work!

A strategic hotel for us to go to the district, good service and never disappoints, the friendly receptionist named Alisa makes me want to come back to this hotel again

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The hotel is very old, with cigarette smoke everywhere, even in the gym! Breakfast is a nightmare. No food at 9 a.m., just eggs and nothing else. I do not recommend it.
