Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

房間很大，熱水充足，暖氣充足。距離六星街很近，周邊吃飯的店便利店水果店都有。工作人員態度都很好。新疆旅遊好幾天的衣服，剛好都在洗衣房洗烘了，非常方便。

朋友推薦的酒店，確實達到了亞朵暖心的服務，冬季的伊犁房間暖氣足足，恨不得開冷空調啦，哈哈哈哈，地理位置也不錯，周邊配套很多，美食多多，馬路對面就是當地人喜歡的蘭蘭家常麪，六星街的維族早餐也很有特色。

衞生整潔，亞朵品控還是很好。
樓下很多吃的，下次應該還會再考慮入住這裏。
床品也很舒服，也沒有很多酒店裡那麼熱，適合南方人，並且離六星街景點很近。

《暖心穆斯，旅途的温暖港灣》
前段時間，我因為工作原因來到了伊寧市，入住了上海城解放西路的亞朵酒店。這一趟旅程，因為穆斯經理的貼心服務，變得格外温暖。剛到酒店時，我整個人十分疲憊，手裡還抱着一堆文件和行李，忙亂中差點把文件散落一地。穆斯經理眼疾手快，立刻上前幫我接過部分重物，引導我到前台辦理入住手續，還貼心地為我遞上一杯熱茶，讓我瞬間放鬆下來。在辦理入住時，我發現自己的身份證怎麼也找不到了，心裏頓時慌了神，要知道沒有身份證，後續的工作和出行都會受到極大影響。穆斯經理看出我的焦慮，一邊輕聲安慰我別著急，一邊有條不紊地幫我想辦法。他先是耐心詢問我可能丟失的地點，然後聯繫酒店保潔、安保幫忙尋找，同時告知我如果實在找不到，可以通過哪些途徑在當地辦理臨時身份證明。在他安撫下，我慌亂的心逐漸安定下來。
在穆斯經理的幫助下，我順利入住。當天晚上，我準備整理第二天開會要用的資料，卻發現電腦突然死機，怎麼也打不開。裏面全是重要的工作文件和彙報PPT，我急得滿頭大汗。這時，我想起穆斯經理説過有任何問題都可以找他，便立刻聯繫了前台。不到5分鐘，穆斯經理就趕到我的房間。他雖然不是專業的電腦維修人員，但憑藉豐富的經驗，一邊嘗試各種方法重啟電腦，一邊聯繫懂技術的朋友在線求助。經過一番努力，電腦終於恢復正常，所有文件完好無損。那一刻，我懸着的心才徹底放下，對穆斯經理的感激之情溢於言表。第二天退房時，穆斯經理不僅幫我提前叫好車，還細心地準備了一份當地特色的小點心，説是讓我在旅途中可以墊墊肚子。他的每一個舉動都讓我感受到無微不至的關懷，就像在異鄉遇到了一位老友。穆斯經理，就像亞朵酒店的一顆璀璨明星。他用自己的專業、熱情和耐心，為每一位像我這樣的住客排憂解難，提供家一般的温暖。真心希望亞朵集團和全國的亞朵酒店都能知道，有這樣一位優秀員工，在默默用愛傳遞着亞朵的品牌温度。相信在穆斯經理的帶動下，這家亞朵酒店會越來越好，也期待更多的人能在旅途中感受到這份專屬的温暖。

這次入住亞朵酒店，體驗超棒！酒店位置很好，出門就是餐廳，吃飯很方便。一進大堂，温馨雅緻的氛圍撲面而來，工作人員熱情有禮，辦理入住高效。房間整潔乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。超級暖和！！！在冰天雪地裏，走進房間瞬間治癒了。
洗浴用品品質上乘，早餐種類很豐富，尤其誇誇餐廳服務人員，冷凡姐姐非常熱情，服務積極主動，專門問了她的名字，必須誇誇～
酒店的公共區域還設有閲讀角，亞朵酒店讓我在旅途中感受到家的温暖，強烈推薦！

深夜粥到對遊客很重要，極大的方便了摸黒回來的房客，地點非常理想，出行方便，周邊美食很多，床品很滿意，房間衞生整潔，前台服務很周到熱情

非常喜歡，已經是亞朵會員。出行如果遇到城市有亞朵，一定是首選的。枕頭特別舒服，好像是乳膠枕，睡的很好。伊寧店的服務也很好。出門就有大盤雞，機器人給送到房門口，贊。還在酒店喝了茶，特別舒服的一次入住。
