住的特別好，房間非常乾淨服務又好，特別是前台小姐姐小娜人很好，説話也温柔，門衞大叔也特別熱心，餐廳阿姨人也很好，我們沒有水果刀，阿姨幫我們把整個柚子切開，早餐很豐富，忘記拍照片了，我和朋友整體都很滿意，還推薦了一起拼車的朋友來住，也方便出行。

酒店是新開的，裝修都是全新的，但是酒店環境很好，早餐很好吃，工作人員很熱情，很温暖，衞生很乾房間很寬商，出來玩選了這個酒店給的感覺很好，任何要求都滿足了，很積極的，前台小麥很積極的，他們店長也很好！反正住的幾天成朋友了！酒店值得推薦，下次還會優先考慮

對酒店很滿意，很好，新開的酒店，房間衞生很乾凈，環境很棒的，住的很滿意，前台小麥，小米微笑服務到位，小米很積極，及時處理問題，很温柔 適合出差，旅遊等等 下次住酒店優先考慮，還會來入住的，值得推薦，性價比高

房間設施:乾淨整潔，多種房型，家庭👪出遊也完全可以選擇這裏，不是加床哦。

非常豐富的早餐，吃的放心，開心。
服務:
每一位酒店人員都非常熱情，友好，細緻貼心。對於大行李也有運送服務。

出來半個月無意中發現的寶藏酒店，真的服務設施一應俱全。並且還含早，24小時掃碼服務人員送水送生活用品，非常開心的一次入住！

第二次住星程酒店了，晚上回到酒店，前台小姐姐熱心送上水果，保安大叔也非常熱心腸，給人一種親切感，
衞生：衞生非常乾淨，第二天續住後阿姨也把房間打掃非常乾淨

前廳帥哥美女對客服務意識強，差不多十一點到店，坐車很累，到店後，不用説就給我安排了靠過道中間安靜的房間，還免費給我升級了空間大的房間，真的讓我意想不到，還有增值服務很到位，辦理入住後經理還送了果盤和幾瓶水，很貼心，酒店服務就是服務客人想不到的事情，星程酒店伊寧市火車站店工作人員做到了，很給力，房間細節衞生做的好，設備齊全，住着安靜舒適，整體相當好，下次來伊寧還會選擇這家酒店入住，性價比高，強烈推薦大家！
