"An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst."

The environment here is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lakes, the air is fresh, the facilities are complete, there are hot springs and private garages, it is clean and sanitary, and the butler provides thoughtful and meticulous service throughout the whole process. It's super good, I will come again!"

Servizio: Stavo per partire alle 6:30 del mattino e la porta della hall dell'hotel era chiusa. C'era solo una persona all'interno che ha detto di essere in procinto di lasciare la stanza. Probabilmente stava ancora dormendo ed era disturbato dal rumore, quindi il suo atteggiamento non era dei migliori. Infine, ciò che non dimenticherò mai sono le zanzare 🦟 zanzare 🦟 zanzare 🦟. È la prima volta in vita mia che vedo così tante zanzare in una stanza. Appena sono entrata in bagno, c'erano almeno 20 zanzare appollaiate sul muro che mi guardavano mentre facevo la doccia (senza contare quelle che volavano intorno). La stanza aveva due letti; uno aveva la zanzariera, l'altro no. Non capisco perché??? Le zanzare volavano continuamente per casa, facilmente 10 o 20 alla volta. In soggiorno ce n'erano più o meno altrettante che nelle camere da letto. La sorgente termale era al primo piano, proprio fuori dalle stanze: chi oserebbe immergersi lì? Solo per dare da mangiare alle zanzare? C'erano probabilmente 70-80 zanzare in tutta la casa! Non lo dimenticherò mai. La gente continuava a urlare e strepitare anche dopo l'una di notte, e a nessuno importava."

"The location and environment are very good, but the service is a little bit worse. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock and consulted the front desk first. The lady at the front desk said it was OK, and after registering, I got the room card and checked in. I was stunned when I opened the door. There's garbage all over the floor and the sheets are in a mess. It's obvious that the room hasn't been cleaned yet. Return to the front desk to communicate (there is no phone in the room, there is a service desk number but no phone for you to call). Told it would be cleaned within half an hour, so I sat in the room and waited. After half an hour, no one came to clean the room. I continued to communicate and asked to change rooms...Finally, they agreed to change rooms. The TV can be turned on, but there is no device to watch TV. I don’t mind it, but the children are not happy. From the perspective of play, the experience is pretty good. The children like it very much because they can get close to the sika deer. The staff, especially the uncle on the cruise ship, were very talkative and enthusiastic. He said that due to the impact of the epidemic over the past three years, popularity has plummeted. The park facilities are only minimally maintained, and after a tour I found that most of the facilities were unusable except for the cruise ship. The entire park has fallen into a vicious cycle. Most of the facilities and equipment are not well maintained, so it cannot attract people. Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. I hope to do better and better."
