UUtente ospiteIl negozio di frutta, che si chiama piccoli tangenti, è uno dei migliori frutta di Yinchuan con una vasta offerta di frutta e yogurt e noci. Abbiamo comprato queste per portare via le nostre viaggi di giorno da Yinchuan, che è bello rimanere nel distretto di Jingfeng come la sua zona più tranquilla della torre di tamburo.
Il lobby ha piatti, frutta e bevande per gli ospiti tutto il giorno.Il caffè è fantastico!
Abbiamo usato il complimentare asciugabiancheria, che è una bella atmosfera.
La ricezione e il servizio di colazione sono stati molto amichevoli e utili.
Le toletta erano tutte in alto
Se c'è qualche con - è la signora di pulizia del pozzo al terzo piano, apparve infelice quando le chiese di spostarsi il bagno quando era basso e dimenticava di spostarsi. Non ha nemmeno cancellato il pannello di controllo per la stanza, a differenza del suo collega che lo fa quando è in servizio, così possiamo vedere le impronte digitali ancora sul vetro dopo la custodia.
Ma è una piccola questione.

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

UUtente ospite難忘的夏多蘭之旅，作為酒店的重度愛好者，去年民宿初開就心生嚮往，今年夏天終於如願！24小時看過賀蘭山下葡萄園的晨曦與日落，壯闊而温柔；體驗過漫步綠意盎然的葡萄園時的寧靜與悠然；民宿的設計獨樹一幟，一層的室內花園即便在蕭瑟孤寂的冬天也能給客人滿目葱蘢；客房簡約舒適，入住的房型充分體現家庭友好，閣樓的地鋪是孩子的最愛，而碩大的露台可以在午夜看到久違的滿天星星；從入住時送上的一杯自釀的氣泡酒到下午管家郭郭帶着參觀酒窖，以及後來我們對民宿運營的交流，都留下有別於其他酒店的深刻的印象。這是一家有獨特標識的民宿，無論是景緻、服務、客房設計、衞生清潔程度、餐廳的出品都非常優秀，且一直有在傾聽客人的反饋並努力改進。（增加了參觀酒窖做簡要講解就是個例子，遺憾的是我們去的時間釀酒師不在無法深入瞭解，希望在酒莊介紹與體驗上可以做得更好！）民宿的每位服務人員都非常親切，也有求必應，管家響應迅速。讓我們深度種草的還有民宿的床品，原生態環保舒適度拉滿，遺憾的是無法購買！希望以後也能提供給客人購買，分享優質睡眠給大家。和好友在民宿最愜意的事就是坐在陽台上看着葡萄園發呆，看着光影在大地上變幻，聆聽音樂的流淌，感受時間的靜止，總之這是一個可以讓腳步停留讓心靈安放之所，離開的時候便已想着什麼時候再來！

UUtente ospiteWe came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

Non fa sentire il letto stressato super comodo. Non riesco a ricordare di giocare con la pressione di un giorno. L'igiene è pulita, il servizio è fantastico!!!!
