躺在床上，無聊。就來寫個評論吧。第一天辦理入住，前台看我們4個人，給了我們3張早餐券，還有一個孩子她説直接帶去，就可以吃了。我們的孩子一個1.4，一個1.5。服務性特別好。我還跟我姐特地提到了這點。雙人床，1.5米，所以非常夠四個人睡。晚上去玩夜市回來比較遲了。等我和我女兒洗完澡的時候，房間突然斷電了，然後我們找了前台，他們派了兩個人過來維修，但是維修不好。當晚房間都訂滿了，就剩一個套房，他們立馬提出給我們換套房，讓我們行李就留在原本的房間，人上去睡，但是套房的床是2米的，我們4個人睡會很擁擠。我女兒也睡了，我們也不想換房間了。就繼續睡著了。我外甥比較胖，怕熱沒有空調，半夜2點醒來就睡不着了。到了凌晨四五點才睡着。第二天早上不忍心叫醒他，我帶着早餐券去14樓拿早餐。一開始説打包早餐説不行的。我一報房號，他們就知道我們昨晚的情況，馬上去拿了很多打包盒，讓我打包早餐回去。手機一夜沒充電，快沒電了。我去找了打算房間的阿姨，他們態度超級好的，立馬去打掃了隔壁退房的房間，讓我們去那邊充電洗頭。我説床可以不用打掃，我們不睡了。但是他們還是把房間打掃了，而且打掃了很久，打掃的特別乾淨。還都噴了消毒水。想想第一晚到銀川鬧這出，還要去五湖穿越，沒睡好，有點窩火。就去了前台，我説我們最後一晚要再來住一次，給我們房間打個折。前台閆女士立馬通知經理説明瞭情況。一開始我也就想着雙床房，他們給了個低價。最後她又把雙床房給我們升級成了親子房。還説我們什麼時候退房都可以。我們要趕着五湖穿越，整理好行李就打算走了。結果走的時候，閆女士在前台等我們，給我們準備了一個禮盒，還有幾袋水果點心表達歉意。人心中的火立馬煙消雲散了。因為看到了他們的真誠的態度。雖然房間停電，是個意外。但是他們確實尊重客户。各個不同部門的工作人員態度都很好。所以這家酒店還是非常值得大家入住，我還會推薦去銀川的朋友去入住。誇誇閆女士，交流起來特別舒服。真誠待人。

入住前精挑細選的這家酒店，前台小姐姐一看見我，就笑着招呼，辦入住那叫一個快，還熱心推薦我去覽山公園看日落，太懂遊客啦～ 房間裏兩張床軟乎乎的，牆上那幅城市畫開燈後特好看，窗户能看到外面街道，陽光透進來暖洋洋的。每天玩回來，房間都收拾得乾乾淨淨，垃圾清走了，毛巾還疊得整整齊齊，細節太戳人！ 去了覽山公園，拿着印着“我在覽山公園很想你”的奶茶拍日落，氛圍感直接拉滿！還去吃了羊雜碎配烤餅，那香味，現在想起來都流口水～酒店離這些地方也不遠，打車超方便。 總體住得很舒心，銀川玩得也盡興！
