DDemusWhen I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

Il personale, la signora Candy Wang, aveva un'ottima attenzione al dettaglio e al servizio mentale. Ho appena detto all'onorevole Wang che eravamo lì solo per una notte, ma forse avremmo dovuto estenderla a richiesta a causa delle esigenze di assistenza familiare. La signora Wang mi ha dato un'aggiornamento in una stanza più grande, se mia madre dovesse venire a riposare per un po' prima di prendere il volo a casa, e abbiamo esercitato questa opzione quando mia madre finalmente ha rilasciato, per la quale sono molto grata. La signora Wang si è assicurata che viaggi e colazione fossero ben curati, mi ha aiutato anche nel mio stato di affari occupato a curare le parcelle che ho ricevuto per conto di mia madre. Questa è la migliore esperienza mai esistente!

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

UUtente ospiteIl soggiorno di una notte è finito per quattro notti perché ci è stato tanto piacere! L'hotel è super pulito e le camere sono belle. La colazione era abbondante, deliziosa e variabile. Non conoscevamo la catena di hotel Wanda Realm prima, ma sicuramente guardaremo gli altri in futuro viaggi intorno alla Cina. L'intero personale era così gentile e attento. Rimarrebbe qui al 100%! Grazie speciali a Brook, direttore delle camere, per il suo super servizio clienti e le sue utili competenze inglesi.

TTravisBeautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

SSam / 山姆the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty.
The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well.
Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.
