Hotel in zona Drum Tower, Yinchuan

situated in the center , convenient to interesting spots and business premise. upon arrival, the front desk manager and staffs is helpful and thoughtful. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with the taste of Ningxia. Therefore, my stay in Yinchuan was pleasant and unforegetable. Thanks to all staffs who work hard to make sure that all hotel guests could enjoy their stays in Yinchuan and have an unforgetable memory from Yinchuan Ningxia.

今天是我65歲的生日，自駕遊途經銀川，住在長相憶酒店，晚餐計劃在酒店中餐廳用餐，當酒店的李經理知道今天是我生日後，讓我萬萬沒有想到的是，李經理親自給我佈置生日快樂場景，還配了氣球，並且現為我訂了生日蛋糕送了長壽麪，感謝酒店服務的熱心服務的周到，感謝銀川人民的熱情，此情此景讓我終身難忘！回京後我會告訴我的朋友們，我住的這個酒店對待客人就想對待親人一樣，另外長相憶賓館客房衞生搞得非常好，住的比較安靜，衞生間的大淋浴頭水流量很大，衝著非常爽！以上就是我對長相憶賓館的真實感受。北京遊客沈女士。2025年5月16日。

一個新開的酒店，服務很熱情。酒店服務很細節 ，大廳很寬敞，明亮乾淨整潔。早餐種類很多，很豐盛味道也很好。房間很大有個大大的辦公桌，很舒服特別適合商務出差人羣，筆記本往那一放，可以快速的整理自己的工作WIFI，速度很快花灑出水量挺大的洗澡也很舒服，浴室是乾濕分離的，馬桶是自動的，自動沖水。配備了酒精消毒紙巾。出行很方便，酒店後面有免費的停車場，北鼓樓步行街衹有1公里，離機場也很近打車過去20分鐘就到了。對面是麗景湖公園公園挺大的，晚上出去散步鍛鍊的好去處。樓下有小葉手抓本地很有名的味道超讚 他的手抓羊肉果然名不虛傳，頂牛牛肉麪，炒菜鐵鍋燉燒烤，吃的很方便，種類也很多。洗衣房也用了一下，很好用，乾衣機，洗完就烘乾了。總之住的很舒服，下次還會來，整體非常滿意。

第一次來銀川，選擇了鼓樓步行街亞朵酒店入住 ，酒店地理位置非常的方便！離鼓樓 8 分鐘左右可達，離各大商圈都非常的方便，周圍配套設施超市，水果店，早餐店，拉麪店小吃店都有很好吃不踩雷，酒店每天都帶兩份早餐，早餐特別的豐富，中餐西餐都有樣品種類繁多齊全，本地的特色菜都可以品嚐到，其中拉麪非常的好吃，很正宗有專業的拉麪師傅拉的牛肉拉麪，吃過最正宗的拉麪了，每天吃的飽飽的在出發去玩😄😄😄，酒店前台逢滄還幫忙照顧喝多的朋友非常非常的用心！特別滿意！❤️前台服務部經理還有工作人員耐心用心，很感動，有種家人的感覺，這次銀川行因為選擇了這個酒店讓這次旅遊更加的多多姿多彩！下次來還會選擇這裏住

Family room is so spacious and cute with spongebob and soccer theme. It is value for money, with impeccable services provided by the front office ladies. They are so patient in answering our queries and even helped us to book local tour. The location is fantastic with the drum tower shopping area on the left and night market on the right, all within walking distances. I will definitely book this hotel again when I'm back. Thank you ladies for being so gracious and smiley all the time!😊😇

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)
