Due piccoli suggerimenti: Wangjing King Bed Room può fornire un bidone della spazzatura sotto il lavabo in bagno, l'alimentatore nella scrivania non può caricare il power bank per qualche motivo, e spero di installare un alimentatore accanto al comodino per risolvere il problema della ricarica mentre si gioca con il cellulare prima di andare a letto. problema! La prossima volta che vado a Yinchuan e soggiorno qui!

Excellent hospitality experience,expedient and courteous check in/out process. Lovely spacious room with well appointed features. Particularly loved the humidifier and possibility to open the room windows. Great Kempinski breakfast and beautiful pool. We will certainly be back.

It’s just old

The hotel isn’t brand-new but is well-kept. The only issue I had was my room’s temperature, which was a bit too warm, and I couldn’t really control the AC. Other than that, I loved my stay and will book again when I return to Yinchuan.

Amazing hotel. The concierge, Jay, was extremely helpful in finding a driver and consulting with us on activities in the area. The spa services were top quality and the breakfast was great (and good value for money). Can’t say enough good things about all the service staff at the hotel.

Great hotel, very clean, nice pool, very good breakfast. We had an executive room which was worth the money since the food and drinks there served during dinner time have been quite delicious. Only improvement point is that the water in the shower changed from hot to ‘very hot’ during taking a shower which was not so convenient

👍前台和房間服務人員態度都非常熱情❤️，解決問題的方案超出預期，整體感覺不錯。 但是為什麼這麼好品牌的酒店沒看到門僮？門口交通疏導靠誰呢？ 👍特別值得一提的是，房間的床墊非常舒服！遊覽一天很疲憊，睡一晚，第二天早晨就疲憊感全消。連續兩天都是這個感覺，就很想知道這個床墊的品牌😊！

Max是迎接我們入住酒店簡單的第一位工作人員，專業，熱情。讓我實實在在體驗了賓至如歸這四個字。我們到酒店已經在晚上十點左右了。孩子們也有些疲憊，多虧了Max幫助我們拿行李，按電梯，帶領我們到房間，放好物品後，還不忘了，幫我們關閉空調，因為擔心小朋友會冷。真的非常感謝Max 😊

寧夏之行最後一晚，訂了銀川凱賓斯基。 會訂這家主要是因為離寧夏博物館超級近，就在馬路對面，第二天早上逛好博物館就能絲滑趕飛機。從房間的落地窗能直接看到寧夏博物館～ 酒店設施雖然舊了點，但作為老牌五星級酒店，該有的都有。他家的早飯超出預期，選擇很豐富，葫蘆絲餅和牛肉麪非常好吃～ 缺點是泳池燈光太昏暗，而且形狀不規整，深水區和淺水區中間有根柱子，遊起來太礙事～

淋浴間地漏堵，浴缸旁邊黃黃的水漬，床上射燈壞了一個，無煙樓層煙味大，房間隔音差！ 小朋友穿鞋剛夠1.2米，被要求付半價早餐費。 整體體驗感很差！壞了凱賓斯基在我心裏的印象！

住得很滿意，又續住了一晚上，地理位置非常好，對面就是市政府和人民廣場、寧夏博物館和圖書館，第二天一大早去寧夏博物館特別方便，去的早才能搶到人工講解，否則要排很長時間隊。酒店雖然年頭長，但是衞生非常非常滿意，床品也很滿意，比前幾天在包頭住的香格里拉強太多太多了，兩相對比，天上地下。 健身中心和游泳池運營到11點，孩子晚上去游泳回來睡得特別香！ 銀川這個凱賓斯基不僅沒有年頭長的那種老舊感，反倒有一種英式歐式的厚重感，喜歡，點贊👍並推薦！
