The service people are very polite, courteous and helpful. From the window, an excellent view of the railway station and the surroundings. The hotel breakfast is simply superb. This hotel is highly recommended. A very special thank to the manager and his assistants for making our stay so comfortable.

EExpatAmazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag.
The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge.
The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around.
