MMengFeng LiIl soggiorno in questo hotel è stato un viaggio molto confortevole.È un patrimonio di un hotel giapponese, con un'assistenza parcheggio amico e un bel personale di servizio frontale che mostra brevemente le caratteristiche della stanza mentre si accede. La zona del colazione è anche molto accogliente, ma ci aspettavamo di scegliere di più dalla zona buffet.
Ritorneremo certamente!

HhinnnLa seconda volta che si trasferisce per molti anni, è ancora molto buona. Il personale di servizio di Taxi è gentile. Quando si trasferisce, introduce il divertimento e delizioso intorno. La stanza ha una grande TV. Puoi usare la linea HDMI (puoi prendere in prestito gratuitamente dalla reception) per vedere il film anche con un computer. Il percorso vicino può andare al mercato notturno e alla stazione, e la posizione è conveniente

YYu HuanWe recently stayed at Wellspring by Silks in Jiaoxi for a short getaway with my 7-year-old child, and it was one of the most relaxing and family-friendly stays we've had in Taiwan.
Location:
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, making it easy to arrive with a child and luggage. One of the best parts is how close it is to all the great local eateries—from traditional ********* breakfast spots to noodle shops and dessert places, everything is within a short stroll. We loved popping out for quick meals and snacks without planning too much. Even though it's centrally located, the hotel feels like a quiet, relaxing retreat once you're inside.
Room:
Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The private in-room hot spring bath was a huge hit—not just for me but also for my 7-year-old. The water temperature was easy to adjust, and it became our daily ritual to soak and relax.
Kid-Friendliness:
Although the hotel has a stylish, adult-focused vibe, the staff welcomed children. They provided child-sized slippers, which made my little one feel like a VIP guest. The rooftop pool area was also suitable for kids (with supervision), and we spent a lovely day splashing around with mountain views.
One thoughtful bonus: even after we checked out, we were still allowed to use the rooftop pool and hot spring facilities. That extra flexibility made a massive difference for us — it meant we could enjoy one more relaxing soak and a bit of pool time before catching our train home. It showed how the hotel goes the extra mile to accommodate families.
Facilities:
The rooftop infinity pool and hot spring area are just as beautiful as in the photos—peaceful, scenic, and well-maintained. There's also a cozy lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, which came in handy for quick breaks between activities. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and easy to access, even with a child.
Service:
The service was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff were helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat and always greeted my child with a smile. They made us feel welcome from start to finish.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was a treat for adults and kids — a great mix of Western and ********* options. My 7-year-old especially loved the fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and mini croissants, while I enjoyed the local touches like sweet potato porridge, scallion pancakes, and handmade soy milk.
Overall:
Wellspring by Silks is a perfect blend of peaceful luxury and family-friendly comfort. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with kids, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the best of Jiaoxi's hot spring culture. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

La cameriera mi ricordava di noi e dei nostri numeri. Hanno tenuto un tavolo per 6 anni. Il loro ristorante era spazioso, rendendo il sedile meno e più eccellente. Migliore esperienza mai. Tornero' se vado a Jiao Xi!

UUtente ospiteLa buona posizione e la colazione erano abbastanza buone. Ho viaggiato con una famiglia di 4. La dimensione della camera da letto è anche buona, molto spazio per mettere le valigie a posto. Il bagno caldo primavera è bello. Non sono sicuro se sia vera acqua calda, perché non c'è odore, ma ha fatto un po' di colore verde.
A/C è abbastanza freddo, la camera è tranquilla, B1 e B2 lo spazio di parcheggio è sempre stato pieno a 9pm, quindi assicurati che si possa avere bisogno di parcheggiare sulla strada o davanti al lobby dell'hotel.
Solo un piccolo lato inferiore è la porta del doccia che si sfugge a causa della progettazione della porta scivolante, e la piscina superiore del tetto può dare una miss, altrimenti tutto bene.

SSIXANA四周有田園風光非常美麗，房間裡有小型兒童遊戲器材，小朋友非常喜歡玩的都不想出門，門口有自行車車可以借，可惜因為天氣很熱，大家在陽台看風景就好！哈哈哈，浴室裡面浴缸非常大，不過大家在同萬劫完成完夠了沒有使用到很可惜，以後冬天來的時候泡湯一定很讚！很滿意的地方！晚上去羅東夜市吃東西，愜意的理由！
