Tutto bene all'hotel. Le strutture erano grandi, ma hanno lavatrice e nessun asciugacapelli. La stanza era enorme e la vista era di fronte alla spiaggia. Molto bello ristorante sentire l'hotel. L'unica cosa è che la posizione è un po' lontano dal centro, quindi Luo Dong ha bisogno di prendere un Uber o cabina che potrebbe non essere facilmente disponibile durante il periodo di picco o vacanze come il nuovo anno.

Hotel Review: Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel (Family Stay)
Our family recently stayed at Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for both adults and kids. The combination of modern comfort, private hot springs, and a great location made it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.
Location & Convenience
The hotel is centrally located in Jiaoxi, just a short walk from Jiaoxi Train Station and close to local restaurants, night markets, and family-friendly attractions. The convenience of having everything within reach made our trip much easier, especially with kids in tow.
Family-Friendly Rooms & Amenities
We booked a family room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the private in-room hot spring tub, which allowed us to enjoy the hot springs as a family in a comfortable and private setting. The kids absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers and yukatas, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Hot Spring Facilities
Apart from the in-room hot spring, the hotel’s rooftop open-air hot spring was a fantastic experience. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking, and the warm mineral water was incredibly soothing after a day of exploring. It’s a must-visit, especially in the evening.
Service & Hospitality
The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to families. They provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out, and were always happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions and food options.
Breakfast & Dining
The breakfast buffet had a good mix of ********* and Western options, catering to both adults and kids. While the selection was decent, we would have liked to see a bit more variety for children. That said, everything was fresh and well-prepared.
Overall Experience
Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel is a great choice for families looking to experience Jiaoxi’s hot springs in a comfortable and convenient setting. The private hot spring tubs, spacious rooms, and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return for another family getaway!

DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.

EEstherLove this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!

Quando arrivarono, il personale del servizio frontale era un po' freddo (a differenza di quanto menzionato nelle recensioni), siamo stati rapidamente controllati e potevano andare in camera.
La lobby dell'hotel è molto accogliente e accogliente, ma le camere iniziano a guardare un po' vecchio con la formatura, il vestito e la lacrima. Molto grande, spaziosa e pulita. Se non sto sbagliando, l'acqua per riempire il tubo non è acqua calda di primavera, ma solo acqua normale di tappo/doccia.Se stai cercando un hotel con acqua calda di primavera, si prega di notare.
La posizione dell'hotel è comunque grande. Eravamo molto vicini alla stazione di trasferimento di autobus Jiaoxi e siamo riusciti a camminare al nostro hotel entro 5 minuti. Ci sono ristoranti e cibo rapido, bar, e una zona commerciale vicino. Il mercato di primavera calda di Jiaoxi (aperto solo domenica) è a 4 minuti di cammino e la stazione ferroviaria Yilan è a 10 minuti a piedi.
Il servizio per la colazione era buono! Il personale era veloce a pulire e a mettere le tavole senza farci sentire come ci fossero cacciati. Erano anche molto dolci. La terza mattina, dovevamo andare a prendere il nostro autobus a Taoyuan, abbiamo tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno incaricati di immagazzinare i bagagli con il desktop prima. Visto che siamo in fretta, ci hanno detto che potremmo farli sapere se vorremmo prendere un po'di snack o bere per accompagnarci al nostro viaggio, e ci hanno anche detto addio.

BBenjo8La stanza che abbiamo prenotato era una stanza di stile alto. La stanza stessa è molto compacta, quindi non c'era spazio per sedersi e rilassarsi tristemente. La camera da bagno era molto stretta e il manico non era molto grande ma sufficiente. C’è un caldo primavera aperto sul tetto, la piscina era buona, e il grande jacuzzi che il mio toddler amava.
La colazione era buona. La cena era molto tranquilla e abbiamo sentito che siamo i loro primi clienti alla loro apertura morbosa. Il cibo era buono in generale. La posizione è buona, come il gusto è sbattuto nel centro della città con molte persone turistiche in giro. Penso che questo hotel manchi solo un toccamento molto più pensativo per i loro clienti, ad esempio Robes, poche note di benvenuto che alcuni degli altri 4 stelle caldi hotel di primavera vicino prestano attenzione. Il muro di cammino alla stanza aveva un odore di muschio ma il personale era curioso e utile, soprattutto quando la prossima stanza faceva rumore fino a tardi ! Propongo un cambiamento di uniforme per il soggiorno perché sembrano tutti indossare una camicia di lavoro bianca e pantaloni neri che sono così 80! E poi, c'è un gentiluomo di mezza età che ho visto camminare tutto il giorno e la notte, di solito mangiare al ristorante e sedersi nella sala frontale con il suo portatile. Mi chiedo se sia il Manager/GM, perché se lo è, suggerirei che sorrisse un po' perché sembrava molto grumi e miserabile. Potrei sbagliare.

JJindongPleasantly surprised and impressed by the hotel's architectural design and the vast lawn in front of the hotel.
However, with only one receptionist handling the check-in, the process was unbearably slow and took a long time to complete.
Fortunately, when we finally went into our room, we once again were blown away by the spacious room configuration. There were two large beds against the wall, and L-shape sofa couches, with plenty of bay windows surrounding the magnificent room. The bathroom was okay, no Toto. But that’s fine. The gigantic hot spring circling tub was large enough to fit at least four adults. It is equipped with a whirlpool! And there’s a big glass shower room, of course.
The bedding was very comfortable. There are also typical tea and coffee bags with four water bottles and a small fridge. All the expected amenities were provided in the lovely hotel.
Although there are paid afternoon tea facilities at a reasonable price, it didn’t offer to dine for the evening. But I guess it’s understandable since there’re plenty of great restaurants in the JiouSi and Yilan areas.
The breakfast was so so lovely. We’re up late. But the staff did remind us to pick up as much food as we needed before they put them away.
Overall, it’s much better than we expected. We initially thought it might be tacky and exaggerated in its deco. We found this 5-year-old hotel used suitable materials to compose its content. So we liked it and enjoyed it very much. We will come again with our friends. We highly recommend it!
