Room was spacious as it was meant for 4 people. Shower room floor tile was slippery after wet. Please take note esp for elderly and children

Will be better if the hotel has laundry facilities located inside it.

Best hotel for the kids! They enjoyed this hotel the most throughout our Taiwan trip. Walking distance to Luodong night market and train station too. Breakfast was great for both adults and kids! The only setback is that the staffs could be more friendly especially since it’s a kids hotel

Very suitable for family with young kids aged below 8. The breakfast is superb, variety and delicious. Walking distance to Luodong night market.

Fixed breakfast time is the most bad experience for us, after so many place we travel I nvr had this experience before.when u fixed ur bf time at 9am, 1st day we go restaurant at 8:30am they allow us to go in, the next day we go at 8:15am they not allow us to go in due to fully booked on this period. ( but restaurant is only 50% ppl And kids area start open at 9am, if go there for travel is totally no time to enjoy all this facilities. Last, we stay for 2 nights, housekeeping should clean our room at 3pm but all the rubbish and table all nvr clean. Floor 2 and 3 smell so bad. Really bad experience in the hotel Staff not friendly at all

適合有小孩家庭，夏天室外太熱，可以整天在酒店玩，不用外出。房價已包玩所有設施、含早餐、下午茶，性價比高👍🏻 酒店對面有一間餐廳叫牛麵，非常不錯。幾分鐘路程就到羅東夜市。 酒店員工能多點笑容會更好！

看到車車牆小孩子都開心死了，但車子有一半都是待維修，想選擇的車子又說這不行那不行，最後竟然是員工留給別的小孩玩了。另外每個時段只可以有幾部車玩，玩車子的時間要搶著約，除非你要犧牲原來的行程或只留在酒店玩，否則很難玩到，我住了3天只約到玩2次，還有一次要提早排20分鐘才玩到自己想要的時間。另外職員對待小朋友的態度很冷淡不親切，特別是玩車子那邊的職員，不是一般親子飯店的體驗。但房間是整潔的，隔音也可以，但應該不會再來第二次了。

狠適合有家庭的組合入住，入住時間下午能有happy hourse 很驚喜！！工作人員普遍友善、設施也狠受孩子喜愛，是個下次再次入住的好選擇

房間衞生情況還好。 房內沒有方櫃，只有一個衣帽架卦衣服。 提供的嬰兒床得少，我家baby 1歲7個月睡不下。 洗手間很大，有分浴缸和淋浴區，如果多幾會掛鈎掛毛巾衣服會更好。浴室地版濕了很難乾，也很滑，要小心。 房間是舒適的。 我們4點去食點心，只有蛋糕、水果、餅乾，沒有熱食，不知道是本身沒有，還是太晚去供應已經完畢。 相比之下早餐豐富一點，不錯吃。 Playroom 不錯，小孩玩得很高興。

這家旅館設施不錯，但開放只開放到晚上9點，希望可以調整到晚上10點。車子要預約，沒預約就不能玩。房間浴缸有一點頭髮… 基本上其他都乾淨。早餐提供的食物，沒有什麼特別。地點離火車站很近。櫃台服務很一般，禮貌上需要再提升，但也不是差。

工作人員很友善，酒店房間很大很整潔，超舒服 有很多親子友善設備，小孩子留在酒店一整天都不會悶，小型賽車場很好玩

親子友善住宿，帶小小孩可以使用2樓開玩具車、3樓球池、溜滑梯、免費switch，孩子放電好去處，下午2～4點1樓還有準備點心吧！推薦！
