Huge in house hot spring
Bed was comfortable but blanket not too big

Basically, this inn is worth the price; it is very close to the night market, which is within walking distance. However, if you prefer ‘star’ or fancy hotels, this might not be a good choice. I booked two rooms: one had a tatami bed, which was a bit too soft for me, but overall, this is just an inn with a hot spring facility in the room at a reasonable price.

整體而言住宿體驗尚可，沒有遇到特別嚴重的問題，但有不少小細節影響整體舒適度。礁溪旅館競爭激烈，相較之下，這間旅館在設計與設備上仍有待加強，未來不太會考慮再次入住。
房間的設計上有些不太實用的地方，例如浴室鏡子與溫泉池距離太近，中間也沒有隔間，導致鏡面長時間起霧，幾乎無法使用。床上的棉被偏小，兩人共睡容易搶被子，晚上睡眠品質不佳。燈光設計以間接照明為主，但光源不足，整體偏暗。
房內配有沙發，卻沒有提供小桌子或化妝桌，對需要整理儀容的旅客來說較不方便。房門雖配有感應卡，但實際上只能用傳統鑰匙開啟，使用上稍嫌不便。旅館出入口需感應房卡才能通行，但僅提供一張房卡，兩人入住時難以分開行動。
冷氣為日立，但為定頻機種，溫度控制不穩定，且運轉指示燈會不停閃爍，位置又剛好對著床，一整晚被燈光干擾影響睡眠品質。
整體來說，旅館有基本的住宿品質，算對得起價格，但礁溪還有很多更好的選擇。

這個地點很不錯，就在鬧區裡面，對面就有一家便利商店，非常方便，入住的時間最晚是10點，其實還不錯，退房只要把鑰匙放在櫃檯就好了，也有配合的停車場，不用額外付錢，而且附近就有充電站，方便！

酒店位於大街，距離礁溪火車站約10分鐘左右，餐廳附近有不少餐廳，宵夜亦有不少選擇，附近亦有溫泉魚可以體驗一下去角質，酒店房間大小適中，溫泉挺大，而且有窗戶可以開，涼涼的風吹着挺舒服。
