真實評價：這家酒店對早晚機的旅客比較友好，早上6點都可以幫忙送到機場避免耽誤飛機（酒店管理人員也會提醒注意時間事項），這個是機場酒店的優點它能做到。酒店設備方面中規中矩，畢竟是遠離市區的，而且一分價錢一分貨，休息停留還是完全沒有問題的。下次如果再來宜昌並且坐飛機還是選擇這間酒店。

前台服務態度良好，設施齊全，裝修嶄新，能看出來酒店在盡力從配套設施方面滿足客户所想。然而在員工培訓和服務標準設定方面仍有改善空間: 我們入住的房間為三人家庭房，衹總共給了4個標準不一的枕頭，按普通酒店市場服務標準每人均配有2個枕頭（欠缺2件）。故我們聯繫了服務員上門提供欠缺的枕頭。如此小事，服務人員上門後，一是態度冷淡、不禮貌，二是明確告知我們一個房間衹給4個枕頭，哪怕是家庭房。在我們提了其他靈活處理的建議後，她再次上門直接一副我們欠她錢的面孔一聲不響，將枕頭一把扔給我們就掉頭離開。這樣的服務真是令人想立刻退房棄住。 此外酒店地點較好，毗鄰長江，但離市中心約18公里。可能比較適合旅行團和自駕人士。
