E'un po'inaspettato.
Anche se il giorno dopo non ho visto il grano perche'la salita non e'stata, ma il cuoco ci aspettava per il lavoro straordinario quella sera. Il cibo era delizioso!Il mattino dopo c'era anche la colazione. Alla vista, era molto attentamente condiviso. E'davvero difficile immaginare che ci sia un servizio hotel in questa posizione che può essere così presente

Durante le vacanze, sentite il triangolo di vite. Si sente molto bene. L'ispirazione è progettata con i tradizionali quadri. Le ciliegie di ciliegia e le finestre di legno sono eleganti in tutto il mondo. E'un'immersione, e' anche meglio confrontarlo con alcune famiglie. Anche se non è facile trovare (passato) quando sono venuto, in realtà sono sul lato della strada. Mi piace molto la casa di famiglia fissata, lo stile di decorazione. Quando ho portato i bambini in camera, mi piace molto. Il riscaldamento è molto caldo, le strutture sono pronte, il sonno 💤 è molto tranquillo e solido, E'un po' più umano di quello che si chiama cinque stelle, spingere!!!!

Per esprimere il mio rispetto, vivevo una notte a Liu.La piccola città non è grande, non riesco a trovare un buon hotel.Nella negozia, la stanza della casa di famiglia è ancora grande, e c'è un piccolo divertimento adatto per le donne. YYitaoWe stayed for a night to catch the cruise and the hotel is within 3 mins easy stroll to the tourist center and Yangtze river. The shopping center and many restaurants are also within 5 to 10 minutes walk so the hotel location is fantastic.
Room is clean and we had great view to Yangtze river and bridge. Free self service laundry at 6F which is a big plus for us. Free snacks and juice in the lobby and the breakfast is good too.
Hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. Our cruise shuttle bus departs at 5:30pm and the front desk helped us extend the room for 3hrs until 5pm for only 99 Yuan so the kids and our parents can rest more.
Overall great choice for family travelling and we highly recommend!

JJasmineThe location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

The hotel was very clean and had all the ammenities we needed, including laundry facilities we could use for free. The entire experience in Lichang was made better because of the staff.

BBagaman FionaThe hotel is relatively new and clean. I got upgraded to a Junior Suite as typical Guestrooms were sold out when I check in and the bed, showers are all comfortable.
As it's a suite, would prefer to have tissue by the vanity counter & also another trash bin next to it as there is only one trash bin in the bathroom and it's located inside the toilet room instead.

UUtente ospiteService of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

UUtente anonimo2020年出差宜昌，當地安排的就是入住均瑤，時隔數年，又來了。大抵均瑤在當地算最好的可能，佔盡了地利，對面的購物中心，夷陵廣場，旁邊的國貿，生活相當便利了。酒店呢，設施肯定有年份了，wifi是真的不靈，折磨人啊，啊啊啊啊啊啊。服務呢，我覺得比我第一趟改進了不少，沒少麻煩一位李姓美女客户經理，依然能真誠溝通，響應及時，認真服務，給這位美女點個贊。早餐呢，呃，上次覺得沒吃的，這趟依然覺得沒吃的，吉祥航空，肇嘉浜路上蓋均瑤大廈的擁有者，做不好早餐，不太能理解，以上！
