Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. The entrance to the hotel is a cute, beautiful courtyard, everything is close by. Communication was easy via WeChat, they came to pick us up and carried out heavy luggage all the way to the parking lot, and helped us do laundry in the hotel. The only comments are that the room got some noise from the street, which was very busy at all times, and it wasn’t very well ventilated. They replaced our towels and toiletries but they didn’t make the bed or clean up the room. In any case this is a great choice for spending a couple of nights right in the middle of Hongcun!

Located inside the ancient village, within walking distance to POI, owner is friendly and attractive, even free upgrade our room to a newly build room and more convenient for in out access, he also offer pickup fron the entrance, btw is pickup ur luggage ya. 1 of thd must visit place if you plan to hike HuangShan i.e Yellow Mountain. Room come with all amenities Bed is comfortable!

We booked duplex loft suite room and it was very comfortable stay. One living room and two bed rooms with large bed. One special bonus was, we were able to access to the roof top of the building from stairs next of this room. There was seating area on the rooftop and morning view from there was super nice. We highly recommend staying here.

The first time I lived in a house with 200 years of history! Parts of it looks like a museum, but the rooms are modernized in a nice way! Seriously, it looks like a fancy tea place or a private mansion, never expected a hotel like this! The owner lady was very nice, showed the way to the place (navigation in the village is a bit difficult for a newcomer) and helped to change the room to a single bed when heard that my friend was not coming. Very friendly approach! I would recommend this place to anyone, who would like to get an authentic experience of Hongcun village!

房間乾淨整潔，到的時候雨很大，老闆還在景區門口接，幫忙拿行李，到酒店辦理入住老闆特別熱心的還提供了景區導覽圖，附帶了黃山景區的，説了注意事項，後面遊客少的時候要出去買東西，老闆還開了小車車在景區大致轉了一圈，到時的天氣也剛剛好，看到了想看的水墨江南，真的很美，還有一衹村口的狗狗，哈哈哈，睡得很有特色。。

Oggi a Hongcun fa già un po' freddo e l'aria condizionata funziona molto bene e la stanza è molto calda. È rilassante sdraiarsi sul letto e guardare la TV. L'hotel è molto pulito e la posizione è molto comoda. Anche la sorella del capo è molto gentile ed entusiasta. Buono. È un peccato che ho soggiornato solo per 2 giorni. Il B&B si trova vicino all'ingresso sud di Hongcun. La posizione è facile da trovare lungo la strada sterrata è molto tranquillo e silenzioso nel trambusto di Hongcun! È molto comodo andare ovunque e la sorella del capo è molto gentile e con i piedi per terra! Grazie per la raccomandazione, sorella, non vedo l'ora di incontrarci la prossima volta💙

Il popolo è ancora molto buono. Alla villa di Liu Xiang è consegnata. La porta è molto conveniente al lato di Ximen, che è la strada a piedi. La casa del proprietario è molto conveniente per mangiare e due anziani hanno un piccolo ristorante molto entusiasta, e ci sono due gatti piccoli 🐱

Il servizio della reception è molto buono e apprezzabile con entusiasmo. Abbiamo anche fatto un po'di mare di merluzzo a meno di otto chilometri dall'hotel, e il paesaggio è molto affascinante. This was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help! The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old. We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive. And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should. I highly recommend this place and will travel back with my other family members in the future. 我和我86岁的妈妈旅行到黄山附近， 住的第一家旅店就是悦榕庄。不得不说，印象深刻。整个山庄外观是徽州传统建筑+现代设计，高挑壮观。Villa的庭院设计轻松惬意，完全融入周围的自然景观。室内非常干净，西式的床和卫生间舒适温馨，很容易消除旅途的疲倦。装饰很典雅，是传统中国书画兼有现代的元素，赏心悦目。 我们天刚黑时到达， 很快感受到温暖贴心的服务。前台给我们免费升级房间， 让我们渡过了愉悦的两天。 早上在庭院里跑步是个美好的体验， 健身房也比一般希尔顿或是万豪好很多。 我们第一晚在饭店的中餐厅吃的，不错但没有特别让人印象深刻。早餐则不同， 选择非常多且很多精致可口的饭菜。 尽管他们离宏村很近但不提供免费接送，这样你从机场或是高铁站坐接送车到此，还需要打车或是付比打车高很多的车费到达悦榕庄。我个人认为这完全可以改进。 我非常推荐黄山悦榕庄，以后还会带其他家人来住。谢谢你们周到的服务！
