Yessentuki Hotel is located in the heart of the resort town of Yessentuki, within walking distance from the railway station. Nearby there is also a Resort Park in Yessentuki, as well as all the necessary infrastructure. Mineralnye Vody International Airport is 36 km away.
We have prepared 96 cozy rooms of various categories for our guests: Economy, Standard 1-,2-,3-,4- local, Comfort, Luxury, Superior Suite, Deluxe. Economy class rooms have partial amenities.
The rest of the rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, bathroom accessories and a hairdryer. Also, in all categories of rooms, except for the Economy, there are at guests' disposal: a tea set, a kettle, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The reception is open 24 hours a day. It offers Wi-Fi access throughout the property. There is a paid gated parking on site. Laundry services are also provided.
On the ground floor of the Yessentuki hotel there is a cafe-dining room, with a working schedule from 8-00 to 20-00, where our guests can enjoy a varied menu, a cozy atmosphere and delicious food.
There is also a multifunctional medical center on the territory of the Yessentuki Hotel.
The medical and wellness center has a wide range of services, including various types of ultrasound examinations, functional diagnostics, physiotherapy and complex procedures, an otolaryngology room, as well as consulting services from experienced specialists in various medical fields. The medical and wellness center also has a SPA complex, including a sauna, a swimming pool, a cedar barrel, massage, hydro massage and a phytobar.

Отвратительная гостиница!!! Заехали командой хоккеистов детей 8 лет, с первого дня грозят штрафами за нарушение тишины в течении всего дня! Питание ужасное, принимают детей, а накормить нормально не могут, дети 3 дня едят одни сосиски, в обед острый суп Харчо!!! Пережаренные котлеты и пересоленная курица!!! Ужас!!! О свежих овощах они и не слышали, видимо! Если вы не можете обслужить детей, тогда и не принимайте их! На 4-м этаже постоянно перебои с горячей водой! Оплатили немалые деньги за такой отвратительный сервис!

Сама гостиница с хорошим ремонтом.отличные кровати с ортопедическими матрасами,отличное,х/б белье,очень дружелюбный персонал.У нас был номер люкс 2х комнатный,в маленькой комнате сломанный диван.Окна выходили во двор на стоянку.т.е.тишины не было ни днем,ни ночью,то музыка,то что то пилят,сверлят,водители ведут активные беседы по ночам.А кухня при гостинице-это ужас, впечатление,что это отдельное совковое заведение.Завтрак на выбор каша 2х видов и второе на выбор - омлет или яичница или запеканка , и масло с сыром,колбасой.Ужин тоже выбор только из 2 блюд и салат.Еда пресная,не вкусная,без специй.Порции маленькие.Мы рано уезжали на экскурсию,попросили завтрак сух.пайком.Дали по 4 куска колбасы,сыра,огурец,помидору,вафлю,3 яйца,яблоко и воду.Ну ок.Когда стали уезжать совсем,был ранний вылет,соответственно попросили также дать нам завтрак с собой.Дали тоже самое ,но в половину меньше.На вопрос ,почему убавился объем, сказали,что все норм.Т.е. за 350 р (стоимость завтрака)у нас по 2 кусочка колбасы,сыра,1 маленький огурец,2 яйца.яблочко,вафля,вода.Раздатчица Ира,видимо,сильно уставшая от работы,сказала,что 3 яйца есть вредно.Вот такое обслуживание.Администратор Александр со своей стороны всячески пытался нам помочь,за что ему особая благодарность.Я им этот паек так и оставила,после всех попыток добиться истины,желание есть это не было вовсе.Впрочем,как и приезжать туда вновь.Лучше снять 2х ком.квартиру и готовить самим.Кстати,если пройти чуть дальше по ул.Чкалова,то на следующем же перекрестке есть отличная,бюджетная столовая с огромным выбором блюд и намного дешевле.Всем отличного отдыха!!!

Останавливались в новогоднюю ночь с 31.12.2023 на 01.01.2024. Это был кошмар, такого я ещё в жизни не переживала. Гостиница на 3м этаже, а на 2м - банкетный зал. Сейчас 06:15 утра, музыка и шум не утихают, от музыки трясутся стены, причём под утро она стала только громче. Ну и в целом - гостиница не в городе, добраться можно только на такси. Внизу Пяттерочка, пивбар и шумная дорога - в какой номер бы Вас не поселили, тихого отдыха Вы не получите. Душевая кабинка протекает, персонал приветливстью не отличается. Вообщем и целом, не рекомендую от слова совсем.
