Louis Phaethon Beach

Just returned from a month at the Louis Pheathon, first time back since covid. Had a fabulous time. Want to give thanks, to all the staff, for the great service in the dining room and in the other public areas. Also to the entertainment crew, especially Lyndon for his dance lessons. Finally a special mention for the chefs, for not only catering for my egg intolerance but for also making me a steak pie to die for.

Sadly, coming to the end of my third stay at this wonderful hotel. ‍ When ever we return, it feels like 'coming home'. The staff work so hard to make you feel welcome. Each and every member of staff love to interact with you. So much variety in the self service restaurant. Menu changes daily and includes home favourites. The wonderful Ioanna interacts with every person staying - everyday just to make sure your stay is the best! Once you experience the Louis Phaethon family atmosphere, you WILL return! Fourth time? You bet!!!

A fabulous holiday, superb hotel with attentive staff: from a welcome on arrival at Reception to wonderful food and bar staff. The entertainments team also did a good job. The outdoor pool was a little refreshing but that was to be expected in March! Daily cleaning and replenishment of drinks in the room was much appreciated and our wonderful balcony with a sea view was made good use of. Would thoroughly recommend!

Just returned from a great stay,check in was quick and informative,rooms and whole hotel are spotlessly clean,food in the restaurant was excellent,tasty and plenty of choice all day everyday the addition of the omelette station with fresh omelettes to your choice was a welcome surprise. Service all around the bars,restaurant and reception was so efficient and delivered by friendly staff daily,nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team worked hard throughout the day despite being new.Many thanks to Mr.P,Rudi,Michael, and all the staff(too many to mention individually) for looking after us once again,can not wait to return.

Fantastic hotel – this is my second stay here! Upon arrival, they offered us lunch and provided paperwork to complete later. The food is absolutely exquisite, with different themed dinners each day. There are plenty of healthy options, and it’s ideal for vegetarians! We stayed in an amazing sea-view apartment (1110), surrounded by beautiful palm trees. January is a wonderful time to visit because it’s quieter, exactly what we needed. They also host excellent shows every night with live music. The hotel features a shop selling sunscreen, gifts, bottled drinks, and snacks, which is incredibly convenient! The customer service is exceptional. I will definitely return!

We returned from a 10 day holiday on the 18th January. We were fortunate with the weather as it allowed us to make use of all the facilities. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the reception team with check in very easy. Thanks go to Alex for making time to chat and answer our queries. A cold drink from the bar ensured we were immediately in holiday mode. Our room was clean and had all the essentials such as bottled water, tea, coffee etc, clean bed, bath, shower gel and towels. The room was refreshed daily. The food in the restaurant was varied, plentiful and of high quality. As it was winter season the pool snack bar was not open but the main restaurant was open for snacks, ice cream etc throughout the day. All the staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient, Claudia, Ellen, Kemo and Ahmed, you always made our morning start with a smile. The bar ensured we were well hydrated with lovely Keo beer, special cocktails made by Jenny were fabulous, as well as the daily ones made by all the bar staff, local spirits and soft drinks. The bar and waiting staff are amazing, friendly and happy to chat whenever possible. It's hard to pick out any favourites as they are all lovely. Rodos, Jenny, Tomi, Romany, Elfeel, Hany, Olympia and the rest of the team, you made every day extra special with your kindness. The management team are very visible every day to ensure things are running smoothly and to assist with any queries you may have. The pools are very cold at this time of year but there is an indoor pool and spa, gym etc. Life guards are on duty inside and out and are also very approachable and friendly. The entertainment team are a very talented bunch of girls and boys. Excellent singing and dancing and cabaret shows. Jamie's game shows and quizzes are not to be missed, so much fun. There is entertainment in the bar area or terrace, weather dependent, at least 4 times a week, something for everyone. During the day there are activities throughout, also run by the lovely entertainment team, French boules, archery, darts, Zuma plus many more including activities for children. When they have time they are more than happy to chat or assist with queries We hope to return later this year and wish success and happiness to any of the team that are moving on. Overall we had a lovely holiday and where there might be room for improvement, the hotel and management team are happy to receive feedback, just don't leave it till you've gone home.
