Hotel in zona Yura papiks garden, Yerevan

Ho passato 2 notti in questo hotel posto nei pressi di Cascade e dell'Opera. La mia camera era composta da salotto con angolo cottura, zona notte e bagno dotato di bidet. Ottima l'attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti, un piccolo inconveniente legato alla cassaforte è stato risolto nell'arco di pochi minuti. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, aria condizionata silenziosissima e sapientemente posizionata. Buona e varia la colazione servita al dodicesimo piano, dal quale si gode di una buona vista sulla città.

Buon punto: 1. L'hotel si trova nel cuore della città, in particolare la Piazza della Repubblica. Così, è ideale per muoversi intorno e anche per cucinare per il cibo. 2. essere 3 stelle, la stanza è abbastanza buona per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Bad punti: 1. Camera: La stanza, in particolare il bagaglio, non era pulita durante le 3 notti del nostro soggiorno. Quando ci lamentavamo, solo il polvere era stato raccolto. 2. Servizi: nessun ascensore all'hotel. La nostra stanza era al livello 4 e dovevamo portare il nostro bagaglio a mano. 3. Letto: abbiamo chiaramente detto che siamo quattro di noi e abbiamo bisogno di un letto adeguato. abbiamo prenotato 1 letto matrimoniale con letto extra. Il letto doppio era un po'piccolo, ma era buono.Il letto extra era come un estensore. Anche una persona mentre dormirà cade fuori dal letto, se si muove. Eravamo in Georgia e in Serbia. Ma il letto extra (latitudine del letto) che è stato fornito è stato abbastanza buono per due bambini per dormire confortevolmente. Letto supplementare Carichi: Poi dovevamo chiedere un letto supplementare e si sono fermati a dare di nuovo un tipo di letto più stretcher e ci hanno caricato AMD 9.000 per 3 notti. 5.Colazione: Per 3 giorni di soggiorno abbiamo avuto lo stesso menu con quasi nessun cambiamento.

Molto deliziosi colazione! E personale piacevole. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per la seconda volta. Questa volta è stata una bella vista dalla finestra 😍

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Super hotel molto recente situato idealmente nel centro di Yerevan. Tutto è a piedi molto rapidamente, la piazza della Repubblica o la strada nord pietonale e turistica. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, la lettiera è di qualità, e la doccia potente ed eccellente. Tutto è fornito per i bagni, così come un tè con caffè e tè rinnovato ogni giorno, nonché acqua minerale. Il colazione è in forma di buffet, è molto abbondante, c'è davvero tutto quello che si può desiderare, le uova sono cucinate a richiesta, tutto è molto fresco e molto buono. Senza alcuna restrizione, il personale dell'hotel è estremamente amabile, sia al ristorante che al personale di manutenzione, ma una particolare menzione alle ragazze della ricezione che si mettono in quattro per soddisfare le vostre richieste e giorni Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è estremamente corretto. È un ottimo indirizzo da consigliare per un soggiorno in Erevan, personalmente, vi ritornerò certamente durante la mia prossima visita.

Amo questo hotel. E'senza difetti. La piscina era fantastica e il personale era molto professionale. Cerca di chiedere una stanza di fronte alla piazza principale. Gli unici biglietti erano che l'hotel voleva pagarmi per il check-in precoce. Non mi piaceva, rifiutavo e qualcosa di sorprendente e potevo controllare in anticipo gratuitamente!! Le bevande erano anche un tipo di prezzo all'hotel, ma se si passa attraverso la strada sono metà del prezzo. Ho usato il vestitore di capelli al spa dell'hotel e per $40 ho lavato quel grigio proprio fuori dai miei capelli!!! Questo hotel è molto nuovo e è in stato di infestazione!!! Mi sarebbe rimasto lì ancora se fossi mai tornato in Armenia !!!

The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

Non è nemmeno un hotel, ma una casa armena ospite, dove siete sempre felici giovani e piacevoli, molto belli, ben educati e educati, bravi e attenti giovani. Come esperto di hotel, ho vissuto in molti hotel nel centro di Yerevan e quando ero all'Hotel Sphere, che è ~3 km dalla Piazza Repubblica, temevo di rimanere. Ma l'hotel era adatto per me e territoriale e a un prezzo, quindi questa volta mi sono fermato qui. L'interno e le sue componenti in tutto l'hotel e nelle camere - tende, mobili, bagno e piombo, manufatti, asciugamani, mutandine, mini bar e il resto, è ciò che ogni ospite ha bisogno - non importa che sia un imprenditore o un ricreatore. Il personale del ristorante e del colazione, che parla tranquillamente in molte lingue, è un argomento separato. Oltre alla tavola svedese giusta di piatti caldi e snacks freddi, verdure fresche e frutta, casse e dolci, la giovane bellezza e attrice molto originale Lilia, o qualsiasi altro personale del ristorante, per voi, Colcera' il caffè aromatico a est e prepara un omeleto come ti serve. Dopo aver soggiornato in questo hotel per circa 20 giorni, ora sappiamo esattamente dove staremo la prossima volta in Erevan. A proposito, camminare al cuore di Erevan è esattamente 35 minuti. Grazie a Nareku, un giovane ma molto professionale e cliente-orientato manager di vendita della rete Stellar Hotels.

Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!
