Hotel in zona Նոր Այգի, Yerevan

L'hotel è situato in posizione perfetta per poter vivere l'animata Yerevan ogni sera a piedi. Inoltre, essendo centrale, l'agenzia con cui abbiamo prenotato i tour di gruppo ci garantiva pick up gratuito in hotel., pur essendo a pochi passi dallo stesso. La camera era molto spaziosa, con una zona salotto ed una letto, mentre il bagno molto piccolo. Materasso comodo e buona qualità del sonno pur essendo fronte strada. Venivano forniti quotidianamente set da bagno completi. Buona pulizia degli ambienti. Pur essendo allergici non abbiamo risentito della presenza della moquette. Colazione discreta. In realtà la votazione corretta sarebbe 3 e mezzo. La struttura nel complesso necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, è un 4 stelle datato. Benchè il personale sia molto gentile, manca l'assistenza al turista ormai abitualmente presente nelle strutture ricettive (mappa della città, indicazione sulle principali attrazioni, sugli eventi in corso, sulle agenzie locali per svolgere tour o altro). Vale la pena soggiornare in questo hotel qualora troviate una offerta conveniente.

L'hotel Nova è situato in una posizione molto vicina a molti ristoranti e aree commerciali. Il giorno dopo l'arrivo del mio marito, ma non l'abbiamo menzionato nella rivoluzione, l'hotel ha un bel buffet per colazione e ci piaceva la mattina dopo. All'improvviso, abbiamo sentito tre giovani che cantavano il compleanno e portavano un enorme caramello rosso e una torta di cioccolato per sorprendere mio marito. Ci ha sorpreso il gesto quando abbiamo scoperto che aveva notato mentre controllava e aveva organizzato tutta la sorpresa, e questo dimostra quanto sia attento ai dettagli della formazione del personale. Abbiamo notato la gioia e l'ospitalità di tutte le ragazze alla ricezione che andrebbero a prendere il caffè o il succo se un ospite aspettava alla ricezione. Kudos alla direzione per l'assunzione e la formazione del personale meraviglioso. Grazie, ragazze, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile.L'appartamento allo studio che abbiamo soggiornato è stato spazioso e perfetto per tornare a dormire.

I visited for 4 nights with a friend.I would also recommend this hotel for couples or business trips. It’s perfectly located in the city centre at Charles Aznavour Square with a wonderful fountain view from most of the beautiful suites. The rooms are lovely and we stayed at the Kochar Grand Suite which was once a home to a famous Armenian artist. The service is great - the staff is super friendly. We enjoyed the spa and the rooftop pool as well. I could only recommend this place.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione del mio ultimo viaggio in Armenia. La posizione è centrale, ci è stata assegnata un camera posta all'ultimo piano, peccato che le sue dimensioni fossero veramente minuscole, in proporzione era molto più ampio il bagno, in quel poco spazio aprire le valigie si è rivelata un'impresa! Di ottimo livello la colazione, con grande scelta di prodotti di qualità. Comunque consigliato.

Molto ospite staff. Favoloso colazione! Camere confortevole Luogo silenzioso in città. Ci siamo fermati laggiù per una settimana e ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno e pianifichiamo di tornare. Essi organizzano anche tour individuali in Armenia e quando si prende due o più tour vi dà il trasferimento gratuito all'aeroporto.

Localizzazione

This is a great hotel in a great location. I'm a little inclined to rate less than five stars because I found breakfast a bit disappointing for a five star property but they made up for it in other ways so five it is. The location is excellent, right next to Republic Square and Northern Ave. I liked the building and the room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, though nothing that blew me away. I did like however how generous they were with room supplies. Always six bottles of quality drinking water, replenished every day, and at least two of everything for the bath supplies. They say it's the little things that make a difference, but that just gave a welcoming feeling and not a sense of cutting corners that is so common in many hotels these days. Nice welcome plate of fruits and little chocolates at evening turndown. Breakfast was exceptional in the sense that there was a high level of personalized service, with a waiter taking a la carte orders and providing hot drinks. And I have to say I've never had staff offer you beverages and cakes to take away with you after breakfast like they did here-- a really nice touch. That being said, I did not feel the breakfast offerings met my expectations- especially for vegetarians. There was one tiny bowl of salad (seemed more like a garnish) and a dish of plain undercooked boiled vegetables. I had much better salad and vegetable options at much less expensive four star hotels in Armenia. Even for meat and egg eaters, there really was not as much selection, neither on the buffet nor on the a la carte menu, as what I would expect from this caliber hotel and pricetag. And there was nothing special for foreign tastes (high end hotels often have additional offerings for Chinese/Indian etc.) The items I ordered from the menu were not great either. Maybe the egg dishes are better. Overall there is definitely lots of room for improvement in the breakfast- though the setting, views and service are great. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would rate the service, room and location five star and the breakfast four at best.

В целом неплохо, но очень тесный номер, мне кажется 20 м это побольше. Особенно сложно в ванной с учётом того, что все двери открываются вовнутрь. В бассейне нет никого из персонала, в сауне температура 55-60 градусов, что расстроило. В целом с учётом цены на данном сайте я довольна, а так отель конечно переоценен. Мы не брали завтрак, но зашли посмотреть. Вроде и все есть, но выбор скромный. Завтракали рядом в заведениях. Если будет адекватная цена, еще вернемся из-за расположения

We wanted to try the Courtyard since it opened recently. It is centrally located in the heart of Yerevan. The entire staff is very professional, friendly and welcoming. We are staying here for close to 3 weeks so have befriended many of the staff. I’d like to mention a few who are outstanding. Our favorite is Thuran who works at the bar. He is so friendly, professional and super pleasant. He takes his job seriously and very respectful of the guests. Dimitri, the F&B manager is a perfect gentleman and oversees his staff with the utmost professionalism. He’s always checking to be sure that we are well attended to. Nairi, who works in the restaurant is super sweet and accommodating, always making sure that we are pleased with our breakfast. The breakfast buffet is excellent with everything you can imagine. I also want to mention Nazareth who called to invite us for dinner one evening, again kind and professional. I want to mention that we did have a few issues during the beginning of our stay, experiencing no hot water and our room was not cleaned, but these issues were corrected. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will be back on our next trip. Highly recommend the property.
