Clean and comfort hotel. When we wanted to check in there were no rooms available for the full duration of our visit, but administration gave us option to live in different rooms (even VIP for a few nights) for a low price. Overall very good hotel.

We stayed at Fellinger Hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Yerevan for the IELTS exam, and overall, it was a great experience. Location was absolutely perfect — just a 5-minute walk from the university, which made it incredibly convenient for exam day. The breakfast was also a highlight: varied, fresh, and satisfying each morning. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing space after long days. However, the room service and cleaning left much to be desired. Despite leaving the “clean up room” sign out daily, the sheets were never changed during our entire stay, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned unless we called reception to ask. Even basic items like bottled water and toiletries were only replenished upon request. In short, while the trip itself was wonderful and the hotel had many strengths, we hope the management will improve housekeeping services to match the overall quality of the hotel.

Hi i was there for 3 nights it was good and clean hotel with good breakfast you need 20 min walk to republic square but you can get back there because of slope of the street getting back is harder

I found this hotel as it was across the road from the Heratsi hospital in Yerevan. My partner had been admitted to the hospital after a heart attack. The hotel restaurant provided meals for my partner as the hospital do not provide food. The included breakfast was first rate with a lovely view towards Mount Ararat. The hotel staff were excellent. I was given an upgrade and the staff were very empathetic asking after my partner each day. When he came out of hospital the manager visited our room with a bowl of fruit and stayed to chat. They also ordered safe taxis for me if I needed to go out. The spa is superb with a lovely pool and excellent massages. A lovely stay in difficult circumstances.

I stayed at Felinger Hotel for a week, and I would never, ever go back. While the hotel is clean and new, the service is absolutely AWFUL! They don’t clean the rooms daily, and when they do, it’s only partially done. I had to repeatedly ask and BEG for basic essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels. They didn’t change the sheets for the entire week, and on some days, they didn’t even bother replacing the towels!!! The shower leaks water into the restroom, making a nasty mess every time you shower. When I informed them about this, they said it was normal!!!! but it was such a GROSS situation to deal with. The breakfast was a disaster too. They prepare the meal and cut the veggie and fruits the night before, so everything was SOOO cold and stale by morning. On top of all this, the elevator is located right next to the rooms, and it makes a loud ding-ding noise every time it reaches a floor. The noise disturbed my sleep throughout the nights. I chose this hotel based on the rates and reviews, and I thought it would be a nice stay even though it’s far from the center. With the same amount of money, you can DEFINITELY find a better place to stay. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very nice. Very clean and location is convenient. The staff are amazing, very friendly and super helpful and they made the stay 10 times better, especially Elen. She went above and beyond to help us during our stay as well as help us out with advise on best local places and tours ❤️ absolutely recommend it

We stayed here for several nights and found it to be a terrific hotel. It's the staff that really make the place - the super friendly and helpful doormen/porters and reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean, with nice linen, great air con and an all-important fridge and kettle. It's about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the centre, but within a 10-minute walk there are plenty of good restaurants, a large supermarket and a metro station which goes directly to Republic Square and it's only 100 AMD for each trip. Breakfast was good, with a range of hot options, breads, preserves, and an excellent choice of fruit. Great coffee too. For some reason, throughout the hotel, the carpets are looking very stained and worn so goodness knows what has happened to them, as the hotel has only been open for a few months. If these were replaced, we'd be hard-pressed to find any faults. The restaurant is open at night and we had good food, but felt it had no ambience, so we only ate there once. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Near hotel with AC issues and no staff While the hotel is clean....the Airconditioner does not work. Inspite of complaining to the staff there was no issue to resolve. The staff at night only has a night staff and no technician or manager. I would not stay here again

The chefs clearly take pride in their creations, and it shows. Near to City Center: Location matters, and this hotel nails it. Situated just a stone’s throw away from the bustling city center, it’s incredibly convenient for both business travelers and tourists. You can explore the city’s attractions without any hassle. Clean Rooms: Cleanliness is non-negotiable for me, and this hotel didn’t disappoint. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff maintained them impeccably throughout my stay. Friendly People: The staff here are very friendly as well. In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel that combines great food, a central location, pristine rooms, and friendly service, look no further. This place checks all the boxes!
