Hotel Aradhana Inn

I had a very disappointing experience at this resort last week and would never recommend it to anyone. Upon entering the room, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom. When I communicated this to the receptionist, they sent someone to clean it, who applied some fragrance to mask the odor. While this temporarily suppressed the foul smell, it returned later that night after we came back from dinner. We realized the smell was coming from the drainage, and no amount of lotion could fix it. The smell was so overpowering that we couldn't sleep in the room. Despite informing the management and requesting a refund, they insisted on trying to fix the issue with more lotion instead of addressing our concerns. After several arguments, we contacted Agoda, through whom we had booked the stay, and finally received a refund. We checked out of the resort at 11 PM, having informed the management of our issues from 9 PM onwards. Their attempts to keep us in the resort by merely masking the smell were frustrating and unhelpful.

The hotel was good to stay in. Everything in the room was clean. The hospitality was good. Thank you very much.

Very good stay, near to yercaud lake, delicious veg and non- veg food, big parking, staffs are very good.
