Just here at bathian beach resort❤️,what an amazing resort with amazing staff ❤️9 of my family here for our second visit and we will be back, food is beautiful with something for everyone and constantly changing it so it’s fresh all the time!!you never have to leave this resort if you don’t feel like it, they have a great kids area from soft play for babies to table tennis for big kids! i would like to say a big thank you too all the entertainment team for the great day/night experience,especially the girls in the kids club who have looked after my little boy the last two weeks and given me a break this has really helped me as he has autism and I don’t feel comfortable leaving him and he doesn’t really like to leave my side on holiday, a huge thank you and lots of love goes especially to Özge , Ecem , ksenia ye are amazing ladies and thanks you for everything ye are such a great asset too bathian i am so glad to see Özge is back to work i was here in October and have a completely different experience with the kids club because of your hard work with your girls ❤️thank you ❤️

Awful experience with this hotel . We travelled a family of 4 . All of us became really ill vomiting and diarrhoea. Which ruined our holiday. Stay clear from this hotel . We are not letting this go as we saved all year for this holiday. Staff laughed at us when we told them . They were asking our 14 year old daughter for her social media account .

Dirty and messy – you have to beg for the room to be cleaned. The sink is clogged, the shower barely works, and the air conditioning drips water straight into the room. The food might not have been the worst, if it hadn’t ended up causing food poisoning. And then there’s the daily race for a free sunbed by the pool.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs, the most unhelpful staff you could ever come across… absolutely disgraceful treatment, a serious lack of care, poor food… no bed for children when we arrived, room was robbed, zero help or empathy when reported, actually behaved quite aggressively… very poorly run establishment with so much potential, animal faeces regularly found in the hotel…

English! Worst hotel ever £5000 completely wasted on 10 days!! We arrived at our hotel (family of 5) midnight got to the desk and waited 15 min and nobody served us, then along comes a turkish family to check in and the reception jump up and serve them before us, bad start!! Then we get to our room it’s a tiny room with 2 of the kids beds being a sofa and another a camp bed, the room was filthy stain on the bedding stair and dirt of the floor, wee stains all on the floor around the toilet, 4 times we asked for this to be cleaned up even using google translate the last two times and it never got done so we cleaned it ourselves in the end. The shower leaked into the bedroom the whole time we was there, again they didn’t get this fixed dispute asking multiple times! the housekeepers never changed our bedding the 10 days we was there, I had to go into the cleaners room late at night and get our own fresh bedding, oh and be careful of the house keepers they steal from the room and reception just call you a liar! The animation team, bar staff,are amazing! The reception, upstairs shop and restaurant staff are all rude and very unhelpful. Swimming pool slides are only open for 2.5 hours a day in small time slots which they don’t stick to the times they open late and close early!! The food is horrendous, they do not cater for anyone other that Europeans/turkish. Only chicken nuggets for kids all the time. so many people have been ill In the hotel the last few days, we started going out to local bars to eat instead of using the all inclusive, because of how bad it is health and safety would close this place down if they was to visit! Anyone who enjoys this place and plans to visit again needs to give their head a wobble! The area the hotel is situated in is also a dump, looks like your in the slums, and the beach is terrible, full of rubbish and rocks, and so small. Not sure how this can be classed as a beach resort, beach is less than 10m from the start till the sea full! Do not believe the good reviews!! Filthy horrible dump!
