Good value- food good to excellent. BEER Rubbish. shorts good- kids drinks good- pools excellent- beach good but smallish- great grounds- snack bar better than 2023-beach restaurant great- security good- rooms good for price. ideal for 2- big rooms too expensive. fridge/water/tea,coffee in room. entertainment good at night for kids/young at heart- quiet hotel- quiet types- not many british- haggle for everything in turkey if go out. nice location. outside opposite main gate tours shop etc at good price-haggle. not much nightlife. good air con. clean rooms- staff good until you want things- i.e problems.

The holiday started like the scene form the inbetweeners movie when the coach arrives at the hotel and everybody hopes its not there's! dumped on the side of the road after a long day with the outside and reception the worse first impression of a hotel I've ever been too. The lifts didn't work and even if they had they were not big enough to fit and adult and a suitcase. The room was impressive, with a good view, 2 bathrooms and a divider between the twin beds and the double and it was relatively modern and clean. The service was amazing, everywhere apart from reception. all the staff were friendly , helpful and polite. I barely had to queue for a drink at any bar and always felt genuine service. The kids loved the mini golf, table tennis and the ice-cream. The kids pool was great and as the hotel was small there was never far to walk to the bar, restaurant, toilet or room. The food was okay - a very small variety and not a lot of themes. I tried different things each day but the kids' really struggled to find anything at breakfast or dinner and survived on the chips and chicken nuggets at lunch. The beach was a massive disappointment - it was 5 rows of deck chairs, 10foot of sand and sea. the tied never came in or out and for adults to sit and watch the world go by perfect for for kids not big enough. And for the price we paid all of the above would have made a great cheap last minute week away, sun, pool, beer and food. BUT... the slides were only open for 3x 30 minute slots and the noise at night was unbearable. The patio door onto the balcony had been broken previously and had been rigged so it locked but didn't sit in the frame properly. With the room being opposite the stage hosting the nighttime entertainment no sleep was possible until 11.30pm. I asked for a room change 4 times and always got told to come back later. We managed by moving the mattresses into the front area onto the floor and closing the partition door but this wasn't ideal. The last night a wedding was moved into the area directly under our room. This wasn't just noise the whole room vibrated and continued till gone midnight. I complained to reception to be told there was a wedding and nothing could be done. On reflection this hotel would be idea as a 18-30 hotel but if you are planning on a family trip DONT. I wish id taken more notice of some of the reviews as the themes are the same as we experienced.

I will start with the pros first. We went on an all inclusive holiday for 7 nights. We were 3 families with kids. The hotel has nice grounds, lots of activities for kids and adults like trampoline, kids club, archery, volleyball, tennis, chess, mini golf etc. the grounds are big so you can walk around different areas and chill. There are about 4 pools including a deep one and two kiddy ones. There is water slide which everyone enjoyed. The entertainment is amazing, every night was different and really good performances. There was a lady who makes turkish pancakes everyday fresh and its a delight to try that. These were the best features of the resort. Now the cons. The hotel is dirty and cleanliness is not a priority for staff. If you are in the old wing, which is what we were given first, the rooms are extremely dated, small, dirty, lacking facilities and basically unbearable. We paid extra to upgrade to a bigger room in the new wing which is a whole different game. Its modern, spacious, better maintained, how a decent hotel should be. Not still kept very clean but much better. Reception staff are quite rude and dont really give a toss when you raise issues or complaint. They see you more of a hassle. When we complained about the old room and facilities, it was barely a standard room, we were told “dont complain” and even though we paid another £250 for an upgrade to a decent room, we were told to sign a waiver that we wont complain. Their whole attitude was they were doing us a favour by providing what we had already paid for. The food was horrendous, most hot food gone cold, lacking flavour and lacking variety. It was same food more or less every night. Timings of breakfast was 7-9 am, they give you an extra 1 hour till 10 am for late breakfast but thats all left over cold food. And they start removing food even when you are eating by 9:40 ish. Entertainment is fantastic but starts late like 10:15 pm, so if you do entertainment then chill by the pool for a drink, easily you will be close to midnight for sleep and if you dont wake up early enough, good luck with having hot breakfast. The tea is good, icecream for kids everyday, bars dotted all around which is good but the alcohol is of very poor quality. The wine was one of the worst i have had. On a positive restaurant and bar staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. There were barely any veggie options though so if you are a vegetarian, you will find it hard. Overall, I wont go back to this hotel, we have been to Turkey previously and by far the hospitality is the poorest I experienced. So not for us but some nice people, entertainment and pools good. Another great aspect was the location by the sandy beach.

Kids loved özge, she has been amazing with them. We felt so safe and happy to leave the kids under her supervision. She has been able to engage with so many kids at the time with different activities and I am sure my kids will have a great memory of this holiday. So happy to write this then other people can pick and chose her!!
