"Amaroo," meaning beautiful place by the lake. This townhouse is situated just a few steps from Lake Mulwala with direct access to Chinaman's Island. Step outside the back gate and take a leisurely walk or bike ride along the track which stretches from Silverwoods' Golf Club to the Yarrawonga township foreshore. We are also situated only 100m from the Yacht Club and lakeside swimming areas, for blissful days spent canoeing, sailing, SUP's and waterskiing. Enjoy the inground swimming pool or just take time to relax on the upstairs terrace which has a stunning view of the lake. On colder evenings, gather around the outdoor firepit and keep warm as the sun goes down. If you are a golfer, this property is 5 minutes by car to the Black Bull course at Silverwoods and a short driveto all the other wonderful golf courses.
