The room service was quite poor. We check-in and no towels were present in the room. We called room service to request for towels and we didn’t get them after 2 hours of our request. Even after waiting for the 2 hours, only 2 shower towels were provided and nothing more. Amenities were good overall.

這次預訂性價比非常高因為帶小朋友出門酒店有配備嬰兒床兩張床可以合併服務人員態度非常好而且很熱情餐飲出品也很穩定吃的幾家餐廳都不錯活動很豐富很親子友好

酒店離開市區挺遠的，要一個小時，自己叫taxi大概斐濟幣100-120，如果讓酒店幫你叫要翻倍的價格。酒店這次把我房型搞錯，也沒有任何歉意，最終還是攜程出面調解。香格里拉這麼大一個品牌，似乎客户滿意度上差了點。

如果為玩斐濟，不建議訂這個酒店，位置太偏，大部分遊玩多在楠迪丹娜路港岀發，你會玩的很辛苦！來回接送要增加90~120斐濟美元，我跟酒店訂了一個接機服務，居然收了211斐濟美元，把我鬱悶的，不過衹想在酒店呆著，風景還是可以！

並不像網上吐槽的那樣，其實環境還可以。普通房間比萬豪普通間好太多了，而且面積也大很多，重點是隔音比萬豪好！！這裏真的算得上最大的酒店了，還自帶高爾夫球場，可以潛水，還自帶教堂。除了遠，沒毛病。意式晚餐+早餐比較好吃。酒店按金150斐濟幣一晚。打車去機場211斐濟幣，衹收現金，21點前酒店前台可以幫忙預約送機。
