酒店設施新，特別是房間很乾凈整潔明亮並且運用智能小度很方便，服務人員很熱情友好，特別是大廳門口有師傅（工號：11）主動幫開門、提行李送房間，早餐品種也較多，周邊公交發達，遊客到任何地方都方便，附近步行可達水市場、西市場、網紅牆等，周邊餐館很多。

酒店在主道馬路邊，在百貨大樓斜對面，離大馬路口近。酒店招牌比較小，打的快到時要注意看右邊。前台客服熱情招呼，快速辦理入住手續。房間不大，緊湊實用，靠牆軟裝小沙發挺舒服。全屋智能化，衞生乾淨整潔。有洗衣房很贊！早餐在六樓，需要28元購買；比較出乎意料的是，房間都靠馬路這邊，晚上車流大，挺嘈雜睡眠淺的比較受影響。晚到立即出門去網紅打卡點，次日早退房，忘記拍房間照片了，放三張實景圖片。

延吉酒店真的太讚了 ，也算是去過很多城市的人，這家店衞生真的好乾凈整潔，環境設施都很先進，小度智能化，馬桶也是全自動，很喜歡，酒店旁邊就有烤肉店 牛肉狠好吃 還有網紅咖啡店勞頂笨。

特別好，前台很熱情周到，還幫忙聯繫停車的事，延吉不愧是旅遊城市，特別表揚一下酒店門口服務的老師傅，一直給送到房間門口，必須點贊👍👍👍忘拍照了，來個網紅牆圖片

房間寬敞，還有智能小度。前台小姐姐們每天也會貼心詢問是否需要清掃，電梯壞了還會幫忙調換房間，保安大叔會幫忙挪動行李，很 nice 的體驗～

房間整潔乾淨，設施完善，設備自動化，還有洗衣烘衣服務，非常喜歡，工號10.17的前台妺妹服務態度超讚！很晚還幫忙將烘乾的衣服裝袋放前台，太感謝啦！總之，一次相當不錯的住店體驗

本次訂的酒店是22㎡-24㎡的，結果進了酒店發現真是小，尤其是廁所和洗漱區都轉不開身，地漏還不下水，讓我們自己通下水道，洗澡水温也不熱，跟前台説了後，第二天就熱了。給的一次性拖鞋穿上後，裏面粘腳，是壞的，差點摔一跤，如果有長者來，千萬別用他們的一次性拖鞋。跟前台説了，她説一次性拖鞋是錦江之星統一訂的，改不了。強烈建議他們整改。除此之外，他們的酒店客房和前台不在一個樓層，前台在六層，客房在三層半，電梯在四層，半層都沒有電梯，但是他們有搬運工負責搬運，入住的時候給我們搬運了，離開的時候沒人管，主要是我們沒找他們。對了，房間裏還有蚊子。總之，這就是實際情況。

帶着父母小孩一起出遊。結果爸爸突發肺部感染，高燒嘔吐，天天去延吉醫院掛水，又遇上延吉旅遊高峯，房間很緊張，前台的美妹們很熱心切貼心的幫忙想辦法協調續住房間。酒店位置：延吉西站有快速公交直達百貨大樓站下步行200米左右。特別貼士：這家酒店離延吉三甲醫院很近。酒店後面就是小區，停車比較方便。房間設施：小而精，比較乾淨也沒異味。唯一不足之處就是酒店內部電梯無法直達房間樓層，需要走半層樓梯，不過有保安大叔很主動的幫助搬行李。
