Comfortable stay and helpful front desk.
Best the coin / self washing machine should open 24 hours as we can’t be washing our cloths before 830pm. As we will be out to explore the city.

在長白山下到延吉，入住了這個“酒店”。
首先説的是 地理位置是很好的
但是進去之後讓人有種不乾淨的感覺
因為這是公用電梯上6樓到達這個“酒店”
然後1樓進去很臟 電梯也要等很久。（高峯期）
電梯很小 大家穿的也很多 所以一次性衹能進個 7 8人吧。如果有行李的 最多5人。
早餐！！！！
住了4個晚上 我衹去吃了一頓。
那天9點30去吃的 問餐廳幾點收餐 她説10點。
但是問能不能補點餃子都説沒有了！！！！
前台的服務也不是十分好 板著臉
就是洗衣服方便 同層的
知道我們入住4天 每天都有2小孩 不會自己補小孩用品 而是要自己去前台取。

🌹位置：這家康鉑酒店在人民公園對面，到水上市場步行5分鐘，到西市場步行5分鐘，到網紅牆步行8分鐘，打車也很方便。一樓底商有小超市，日常用品和韓貨零食都有。樓裏有張師傅參雞湯、豐茂烤串。
🌹客房：6樓一整層都是這家酒店，裝修挺新的，屋內設施齊全。如有外賣可以機器人送到客房。打開窗簾就是人民公園，夜景很好看，有時還有煙花看。
🌹服務：前台兩個男生服務都挺熱情的，有求必應。保潔大姐也很熱情認真。
🌹缺點：因為這棟樓裏有別的餐飲和酒店民宿，電梯衹有兩部，人多的時候真是排不上電梯。還有，六樓樓道里有一股味道，説不上來是什麼味道，但是房間裏沒味。
🌹總體：我是在幾個月前定的，價格在春節檔裏算便宜了，整體是物有所值的。

這家酒店新開本以為會設施很新很好，又是錦江集團旗下酒店，大品牌應該信得過。沒想到體驗非常差。先説入住，付的錢比其他人多，還不含早，還沒能升級房間，其他人都升級了還含早。其次到晚上11點剛開水洗澡就發現浴室是堵住的，弄的廁所水漫金山，狼狽不堪，半夜讓工作人員來看。再次，吃個早飯從進門開始叫麪，到2碗粥喝好，麪還沒開始下，等了40分鐘還沒吃上面。喝的兩碗粥全是水，米飯也沒幾粒，癟出一大碗水，實在是差！沒有之一！

房間乾淨衞生，無異味，前台服務態度好！房間裏面還有智能馬桶，冬天很舒服！
地理位置也很好，周邊交通也很方便，旁邊就是人民公園，周邊吃吃喝喝的非常多

房間很新，乾淨，早餐也不錯，現煮麪條，滿足冬天的需求，出行方便，離網紅牆，以及上水上市場都很近，徒步都能到，女生去民俗村拍照也就15分鐘車打車，前台有個戴眼鏡的捲毛小哥，又高又帥，還很客氣，手動點贊！！！東北人真的很熱情好客，左一句姐，又一句姐，去延吉可以考慮！！而且樓下還有個烤串是延吉有前5排名，報酒店住客還能有折扣，房間是簡約風，年輕人都喜歡的裝修！！值得入住，家庭房是一個1.5*2+1.35*2的適合兩大兩小入住！！
