Sadece servis/ bar personeli ilgili ve sıcak kanlı çalışanlar. Hepsine teşekkür ediyorum. Odalar hariç genel alanlar temiz. Yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetli. Ancaaakk Otel genel anlamda ve diğer çalışanlar beş para etmez maalesef. İlgisiz, sorumsuz ve alakasızlar. Aşırı bir lakayt ve kalitesizlik var çalışanlarda. Kimse sorun çözmüyor ve yardımcı olmuyor. 16:00 da otele giriş yaptık 1 saat oda temizlenmesini bekledik ki oda teslim 14:00. Hadi dedik yetişmemiştir. Beklediğimiz lobide klima çalışmıyor içerisi 45 derece yanıyor, kan ter içinde kaldık ki çalışanlarda öyle. Neyse dedik girdik odaya oda leş gibi rezil. Telefon edelim resepsiyona tekrar temizlesinler dedik telefon çalışmıyor. Kat görevlilerine söyledik gayet lakayıt konuşmalar abi abla laflar. Zar zor tekrar temizlettik. Dedik dolaptan soğuk bir su içelim. Dolap bomboş ki her gün alkolsüz içecekler ile doldurulur deniyor minibar. 6 gün kaldık oda kapısı arızalı kilitlenmiyor. Sürekli şikayet ama yine yapmadılar 6 gün kapı arkasına sandalye dayayıp uyuduk. Dedik değerli eşyalarımızı kasaya koyalım kasa bozuk. 4 kişiydik çocuklar ile, dedik banyo yapalım 2 takım havlu var, 2 yastık var. Tam resepsiyonu arayıp ek havlu yastık isteyelim dedik ama malum telefon çalışmadığından onca yolu yürüyerek resepsiyona sorunlarımızı ilettik. Hemen hallediyoruz dediler 2 saat bekledik artık uyuduk sızıp kaldık odada ne yastık ne havlu gelmedi. Resepsiyondan otelin dış hat telefonunu istedim ararım ordan bari diye. Verdikleri telefon yanlış çıktı. Sonra verdikleri telefonu açan olmadı. Akşam odada Türkiye maçını seyredelim dedik televizyon çalışmıyordu. Hadi dedik kafaya takmayalım gidelim o lezzetli yemeklerden yiyelim dedik. Yemekler gerçekten lezzetli ve güzel, çeşitli vb. Aldık yemekleri ama 45 derece sıcakta klimalar çalışmıyordu. Kan ter içinde iki yudum zor yedik. Yine rica, şikayet, uyarı ne derseniz deyin söyledik çalışmıyor klimalar yemek yenmiyor diye. 10 klima var hiçbiri çalışmıyor. Parça bekliyoruz dediler 6 gün parça gelmeden otelden ayrıldık. Dedik hava/ restorant sıcak, bari yemekleri barın kenarında serinde yiyelim. Uyarı aldık orda yiyemezmişiz diye. Dedik ozaman klimaları tamir ettirin restoranda yiyelim. O bizim işimiz değil cevabı aldık. İlk girişte 1 gün alakart restorant hakkımız için rezervasyon yaptırdık. En azından orda 1 gün serin yemek yeriz düşüncesiyle. Rezervasyon günü gittik, rezervasyonunuz yok dediler geri gönderdiler. Artık bıçak kemiğe dayandı dedik bir sorumlu müdür vb ile konuşalım bari en azından belki o bizi anlar yardımcı olur. Oteldeki tüm müdürler izinli dedi resepsiyondaki parlak yüzlü erkek resepsyonist arkadaş. Ben sorunlarınızı iletiyorum ama takip edemem dedi??? Dedim ben takip ediyorum da ne oluyor. :) Güldüm dedim sakin ol kendi kendime. 1 saat sonra tüm müdürleri barda gördük ama şaşırmadık tabi. Onlarda ilgilenicez yakın takip edicez vb diyerek bizi salladılar. Salldılar dedim maalesef çünkü yine hiçbir sorunumuz çözülmedi. Neyse yaz yaz bitmez sorun sıkın

Botanica ailesi slm lar öncelikle.bu oteldeki 6 senem adeta doğasına bayıldığım bir yer.receptionda burcu hanıma.vazgecilmezim müdür mudurume beni orada mutlu etmek için elinden geleni yapan Göktuğ Berk valeri ipek kardeşlerime restorantta görevli seflerime HİLAL Kardeşime sonsuz teşekkürler.gelelim eleştirme akşam animasyonu 7 günde birkez oldu fiyatların artmasına karşın olanaklarda düşüş bariz belli size bukar bağlı ve samimi müşterilerine biraz daha sahip çıkmanızı önemle rica ederim.herkeze tekrar sonsuz tskler

Absolutely awful hotel. Staff are ignorant except for the manager who has some common sense and is polite. Entertainment is garbage it’s only for kids with the same repetitive songs everyday. Food is horrendous with little to no choices. Slides are okay but get boring after a while. Bonus that the beach is right next to it with a cute walkway through but it’s not the best beach. They do some good games on the ball court. Rooms were full of mould and bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned. Had multiple issues here with locals from turkey who stayed and caused arguments with everybody but due to them being turkish the hotel sided with them.

This hotel is lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, there's always someone around if you need help, my room was cleaned every single day, rooms are small but perfect as there just a base for us, it's very very clean and there's always cleaners cleaning and changing bins, air con worked perfectly our room was always cool when we entered, beds are very comfortable, no towels are provided for the room, however your given beach towels everyday. pool and beach was clean all the time, sun loungers are hard to find as there always reserved from early morning, food was amazing, honestly the best all inclusive food iv ever tasted, were a very fussy family and we were full everyday, loads of turkish food which was delicious, and your basic pasta, chips, chicken nuggets, spag bol etc, there is definitely something for everyone to eat here, there's so much variety of food options everyday, entertainment was boring, too young for my 10 and 14 year old, but the adults entertainment was too old for them, the hotel is isolated there's nothing to do at all and can be boring, i'm glad we only stayed for 4 nights as we would have gone out our minds with boredom, there's a local shop much cheaper and more variety just outside the hotel, its literally a 5 min walk if that, there were around 4 english speaking families, this hotel isn't an english family hotel, however that didn't matter to us as we were there to make family memories, the walk to the beach is lovely, but very stoney and would be difficult to push a wheelchair or buggy on, overall this hotel is a lovely little getaway, i can't believe the amount of bad reviews this hotel has? it doesn't deserve them. i wouldn't return purely based on the hotel being in the centre of no where, i wanted turkish markets and shopping which i didn't get unfortunately.

When we arrived we thought the hotel was tired and a little dirty, but the staff were lovely. Each trying their best. The pool was great, the alcohol generous, the food was plentiful. However, our family started to get ill and we raised a concern about mold in the air conditioning. It was thick with black mold. From this moment the staff were not helpful, kind or apologetic. They sprayed the thick mould with chemicals and expected us to sleep in the same room. They sprayed chemicals all over or clothes and toothbrushes. They explained the AC system was over 20 years old and this was a known problem but spraying it would be ok. We requested another room. This also had mold in the air conditioning. They argued it was not mould and deferred our concerns to on the beach saying they couldn't help. The third room had been changed but you could see there has been mould before. They left us for 6 hours trying to sort a room. My son was sick and needed to lay down as he had done for a few days previously but they couldn't find anywhere for him or offer any support. Their guest relations became quite unpleasant and the hotel manager refused to speak to us even though he was standing next to us. He shouted something in Turkish and left leaving his staff to explain he was unwilling to speak to us. We do not recommend this hotel because they could not sort this problem safely and deflected away from their responsibilities. It's a shame because the spa was amazing, and the animation team were trying their best. The beach close by was also very beautiful. We only have photos of the supposedly cleaned air conditioning units which they denied are mold. The thick mold in the original room we did not get a photo as we didnt think of this at the time. However the hotel staff filmed it as they sprayed it. There was also mold in the bathroom and covering the plastic furniture around the resort.

i really like the activities in the hotel and also the animation team , beyza and elif are the best girls everr, the food is great , probably the best i ever had , over all i had lot of fun , there is also activities for kids so you can have some time alone.

The hotel is trying to be nice. The walk to the beach is green. But beware: in the room - BED BUGS!!!... WiFi is for a fee. PER PERSON!!! Coffee machines break. No REAL BEAN COFFEE AT ALL. Dirty dirty dirrrtyyy dishes and glasses... All. The sea isn't the cleanest. Music plays very loudly until 23:00 Me with an elderly mother were checked in to a room right over the disco... Food is rather diverse but flies landing on everything. Not adding other pictures because Tripadvisor places good ones first and hides the worst

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We travelled as a group of 16 people, and not one of us had a clean room throughout the entire stay. Housekeeping was non-existent — no fresh towels, no toilet paper, and no cleaning done. We raised this repeatedly with reception and holiday reps, and nothing was resolved. The room doors were taped together when we arrived (I’ve attached timestamped photos from the day we left — the tape was still there), and the hotel claimed this was explained and agreed. It wasn’t. Nobody offered to move us, and no action was taken. There were shards of broken glass next to the beds — not because we broke anything, but because the rooms were never cleaned. The hotel then tried to accuse us of putting the glass there, which is honestly insulting. We booked an all-inclusive package, but there were no drinks available, including alcohol, for most of our stay. There was no clear communication, no solution, and no apology. We paid for a service and didn’t receive it. Even the entertainment staff had no idea what was happening each day — there was no schedule, no organisation, and everything felt like it was being made up as they went along. If you’re travelling with kids, don’t expect any consistency. The children’s buffet never had any food brought out to it. This hotel does not reflect the images or the 4-star rating it advertises. The lack of cleanliness, disorganisation, poor communication, and shocking customer service made the whole experience extremely stressful and disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs. It completely ruined what should have been a special holiday.
