It took a while to get used to the swing of things but once we did we loved all the features of the hotel, especially the kids pool and water slides pool, the sea, the snack bar and the cocktail bar. The entertainment was sometimes brilliant and other times less to our taste but enjoyed by others. We weren't too impressed with the kids beds in the room which were just a folded down sofa chair which was very hard and small. We specifically booked a hotel with a kids club so we could have some time off but our kids wouldn't stay there... We didn't feel the staff were that welcoming/trained in how to get kids to settle quickly through distraction activities/encouraging all kids to join in so they didn't know what to do when they got there. We also didn't have cash on us to pay for the craft activities so it was a shame they didn't take card or it was included. It would have also been good to have a bacon option/non-pork alternative like turkey at breakfast to go with eggs instead of only spicy sausages. The food was great but I found the buffet a bit too busy at 7.30 so we opted for a late dinner to miss the rush but then we missed the kids evening entertainment. Having a playground next to the restaurant is brilliant! We likes the olive tree restaurant. Lastly, I have stayed in hotels before where the Turkish spa room is included so it would have been nice perhaps to have one visit free or low cost to use the Turkish spa room (not including treatments obviously). Overall we would recommend the hotel and we would consider returning.

This was our third visit to this fantastic hotel. The staff, the grounds, the entertainment team, the water sports team and the food are all excellent and make for a wonderful family holiday! It’s worth hiring a pavilion on the pier for the day and enjoying the bottle of fizz and fresh fruit served by the fabulous bar staff. We even enjoyed catching a fish at the end of the pier. Special thanks to the water sports team who really go above and beyond to make their trips and activities fun and accessible. My children loved the jet ski and banana boat and the speed boat trips were reasonably priced and pretty much tailor made for us to enjoy jumping from rocks into the sea, exploring the stunning scenery and even being captain of the boat!. Would definitely recommend!

July 2024 We have just come back from Club Tuana from a 4 nights stay. When booking the hotel we thought we found a good hotel, but wow we got more than we thought. Upon arrival, we were told they are upgrading up (no idea why). We didn’t think nothing of it until we got to our room and thought WOW. They upgraded us to the Lagoon, which is a private part of the hotel with its own pool. When we go back to Club Tuana I will make sure we upgrade to the Lagoon for sure. The food was unreal for breakfast/lunch/dinner. There was literally everything you can imagine. We went to the main buffet restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner as the options were endless and it made it easier for the children. There is a snack bar by the main pool which is open from 12:30-5:30pm which also give delicious food if you don’t want to go in the restaurant and want to hang out by the pool. The night shows are really good, my children really enjoyed them too. The only reason for my 4 star rating is, the childrens main pool (chameleon) and the big main slides open only 4hrs a day. 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm. I found this very strange being open such limited time. The Chameleon pool doesn’t have sun loungers either so you have to hang around or sit on a small childs chair. It made it a bit tricky as the main pool was too high for 2 of my children and the baby pool was too small. So we were hanging around inbetween. Overall we had a amazing time and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Can’t wait to come back x

If you’re looking for your next family holiday stop the search now and go here! We took our five year old and couldn’t have been happier, what an amazing place. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found a gem. After check in in, a staff member arrived to take us to our room on a golf cart. To the moment we left, staff were making us a coffee in reception at 1am before our flight transfer. The pools are brilliant, the restaurants are fantastic. The main all inclusive type has fresh food cooked in front of you, with a variety I’ve never seen before. Make the effort to book in to the Olive Tree, despite its set menu you won’t be disappointed. To say this is included in your package is unbelievable value. Hire a cabana if you can, €60 but on a hot day these are brilliant if you can get one on the beach. Drinks served on arrival and a fruit platter with fizz at 3pm. The sunset bar is amazing too, pepper cocktails and an unbelievable view. All in all, I think you’d struggle to find anywhere better for families. Ok the beach isn’t all sand and is quite stoney, and you sometimes hear the faint music from the disco in the early hours, but you won’t be disappointed. We upgraded to the deluxe family room, spacious and modern. Don’t forget to check out the park pool for a more relaxing and quiet day. There’s nothing outside of the complex but head in town for more adventures, plenty of trips on offer too. The bus to Fetiye town leaves just outside the complex, takes half an hour tops for just a few euro/lira. We got a taxi back as it was late for about 670 lira. Lovely view from the front where all the boats dock. Our transfer from Dalaman took about half an hour on mini bus.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay at Club Tuana. From start to finish we had a lovely time and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and delightful making our stay really enjoyable and a pleasant experience throughout. Rooms - After the most horrendous flight we arrived over 3 hours later than planned. We were checked in quickly and escorted to our rooms on one of the golf buggies. We stayed park side. Our room was dated for sure and I wouldn’t say it was 5 star but the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space and for those with young children most importantly we had a bath! We did have some issues with our room (a couple of leaks, no electric at one point) but each time there was a problem it was fixed within half an hour. It wouldn’t put us off staying in these rooms again, the room was spotlessly clean! Yes, it was a little walk and if you have mobility issues these rooms probably aren’t the best for you, but we couldn’t hear any of the loud music and we weren’t disturbed by anything. To be perfectly honest there was so little time spent in our room that we were more than happy with what we had. Food - wonderful! I have a milk allergy and 95% of the food in the main restaurant and snack bar were labelled with all main allergens. I’m used to not having much choice in a buffet but I had so much choice! There is a plentiful supply of everything and the dishes are replenished regularly so nothing was cold or empty. The live cooking stations were great and the themed nights were wonderful. We enjoyed the buffet so much that we didn’t try any of the a la cartes! The snack bar was also varied everyday and good for a quick alternative to the main restaurant. For all inclusive food it was wonderful. Yes, breakfast was the same every day but there was so much choice you wouldn’t have to eat the same food everyday. Besides who has a different breakfast everyday at home anyway. We’d like to make a special mention for Saliha who greeted us every morning and lunchtime, found us a table and got us drinks every morning. Thank you. Pools - perfect! Cold, yes but big, clean and no broken tiles! The pool area was cleaned daily and throughout the day keeping the tiles dry and free of spillages. Every day before people were out they would clean the area and then again at the end of the day. It was nice to see so much attention to detail with the cleanliness of the pool area. There was an incident in the kids pool and the hotel closed the pool straight away, cleaned it out, added chemicals and reopened the pool when sorted. Kids club - we didn’t use the kids club fully as our little girl is only 2 but the staff were so accommodating and let us in to play with the toys and join in activities as required. On our last day we painted a t-shirt and we were helped. Drinks - it was lovely to get proper cocktails (none of these machines with ready made cocktails) and we visited Poseidon (the cocktail bar) every evening. Jakub & Ugur were won

Large complex that caters for families. Room was clean ,modern, spacious and air conditioned. Food of high quality and plentiful with real friendly staff. Large Pool and lots of activities and evening entertainments enjoyable in the open air amphitheater. Visited in July 24

Club Tuana was superb from start to finish. The staff are unbelievable, the room was perfect. The food was on point and the location was also in the perfect location as it was a 1 minute walk in any direction to a restaurant/football pitch/shop/pool/night theatre. My only small criticism would be having to pay for a late check out. Our flight wasn't to 1030pm and we were due to be out of our room for 10am. I cannot praise the staff enough. Friendly, polite and a 10/10 service at all times with the live app also a big help if anything is needed from extra pillows to extra blankets being delivered within minutes of the request being submitted. The night-time entertainment was the best I've ever seen also. From the acrobats in the amphitheatre to the chillax and other performers at the poolside. Superb. I would definitely consider going back next year. Thank you!!
