Hotel the Naksan

The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot. Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use. Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on. At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself).

바다뷰나 접근성은 좋았지만 에어컨이 고장나서 불편했음

급하게 출발한 여행이었는데, 이게 무슨일이죠?! 창문을 열면 보이는 시원한 바다뷰🌊 무엇보다도 친절하셨던 직원분들👍 바로 연박 고고하였습니당ㅎㅎ

여름 휴가로 속초에 여행을 가려고 한달 전에 미리 예약했습니다. 첫날은 도착해서 잠만 잤고, 둘째날도 일정이 많아서 아침에 나가서 저녁에 들어와서 잠만 자고 다음날 퇴실했습니다. 그런데 첫날 방에 입실하자마자 신으려고 본 슬리퍼가 다 찢어져있더라구요.. 그때부터 첫인상이 너무 안좋았습니다. 그 이후에 방을 더 꼼꼼히 보게 되었습니다. 벽지에는 여러 얼룩이 묻어 있었고, 방 내부 바닥에 깔려있는 카페트?에도 이전 사람들이 흘린 얼룩, 심지어 이불 안쪽 침대시트에도 주황색? 얼룩이 있더라구요..? … 좋은 후기를 믿고 바로 예약했던 건데, 다른 곳을 더 써치해보지않은 제 자신이 원망스럽기도 하고, 저희 방 말고 다른 방은 좋은건지 궁금했습니다. 그리고 샤워기… ㅎ 물나오는 곳 샤워기 헤드쪽 말고 샤워기 줄 쪽이 터져서 양쪽에서 물이 나오더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 흠뻑쇼에요…ㅎ 하… 그리고 샤워 길게 하지도 않았는데 물 조금 쓰니까 하수구 물도 잘 안내려가더라구요. 비위가 약해서 숙소는 무조건 청결이 1순위인데 완전 실패했어요. 저보다 덜 까다로운 남친도 다음에는 오지말자고하네요… 딱 하나 괜찮았던 건 저희를 응대해주신 직원 분 서비스입니다.. 시설이나 청결도는 감안하고 방문하세요… 이런 글 귀찮아서 진짜 잘 안적는데, 숙소값이 너무 아까워서 적습니다…
