MM19345****Le strutture sono nuove di zecca, con controllo domotico in ogni ambiente, il che le rende estremamente comode. Anche l'impianto audio è eccellente. JJaney123This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. You feel relaxed as soon as you step into your room. On top of that the staff are absolutely delightful. On the last couple days, I fell very sick and had to be sent to the hospital. The staff were so kind, in particular 罗师傅 and 小何。both of them came inside with me and made sure I was seen and helped to translate and pick up medicine as I am not familiar with the process here in China. It would have been an even more stressful experience without their help there. 小何 had to pick up extra medicine for me and refused to take money back from me. I don't know how to repay their kindness. When we got back to the hotel from the hospital, 小何 made sure to send some congee up to my room. At breakfast the next day, 小容 promptly greeted me and asked if I was feeling better. As I could only stomach plain congee, she packed some small snacks that are easy on the stomach so I could take and snack on throughout the day so I wouldn't get hungry. Thank you so much to all the staff here. I will visit yangshuo again and will definitely stay here again.

CcliziaHotel vicino all'ingresso di west street cin reception al secondo piano. Personale cortese che ti aiuterà a organizzare anche le escursioni. Per esempio il prezzo del motorino elettrico preso con loro era più conveniente che preso fuori da solo. Trovandovi in pieno centro la sera si sentiranno un po di rumori provenire dalla vietta e ristoranti sotto. La cosa che ci è piaciuta meno era la manutenzione della stanza. Il pavimento era gonfiato e la sera con l'aria condizionata spenta si sentiva un leggerissimo odore di muffa. Credo che tutto dipendesse dalla forte umidità della località. In bagno, ad esempio, per ovviare c'è lo scaldasalviette per gli asciugamani perennemente acceso.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel offers anything you need to have good days in Yangshuo. The street is quiet, and the town center is less than 5 minutes away walking. On the next door there’s a great restaurant, Lan’s kebab & burger. I rented motorbikes at the same hotel. They offer free fruit and snacks every afternoon, which is great if you have kids (they do their afternoon snack).

SsweetAbbiamo soggiornato per due notti in una camera familiare. L'hotel è piuttosto nuovo e il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è comoda, con molti ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili nelle vicinanze. La piscina, sebbene non grande, era abbastanza pulita e non affollata, quindi i bambini si sono divertiti molto. Nel complesso, sia gli adulti che i bambini sono rimasti piuttosto soddisfatti. L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il comportamento dei bagnini, sia nella zona piscina principale che nell'area giochi acquatica: erano scortesi e si rivolgevano ai bambini in modo sgarbato e brusco.

UUtente ospiteSplendido hotel situato a pochissimi passi da west street. Nuovo, carino e ordinato. All’arrivo ci hanno fatto anche l’upgrade della camera.
Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, specialmente la ragazza che ci ha anche prenotato e accompagnato al bus per un’attrazione vicina. Super consigliato!!

LLost_in_the_JungleWe were seeking a peaceful getaway from the city for a few days in the mountains of Yangshuo, and this place really lived up to its name!
The view from our balcony was spectacular, no photo can really capture how the lush green mountains rise up all around you!
Our room was so clean and open and spacious, with lots of drawers and cabinets and places to hang your things. The bed linens were silky soft and comfortable, and the towels are nice, too.
Our room was really so comfortable, that when it was raining we just lazed about in our room, napping on the daybed, watching movies on the big TV, or reading in the bath.
Speaking of the bath, honestly the most epic view from a tub that I have ever experienced!
When it was too hot and humid in the day, we lounged in the crystal blue pool- what a treat to swim in the cool water with the mountains all around you!
When we felt like exploring beyond the village, we were able to rent e-bikes right there for a great price, it was so convenient.
They have a buffet Chinese breakfast in the morning, and the Guilin rice noodle was delish and so authentic. We also loved the homemade soymilk, it was so good, even my husband who doesn't really like soymilk kept drinking it!
We enjoyed the modern zen feel of the hotel, its very calming with water features, and little garden features everywhere.
Most of all, the location of the hotel is really special, you are in the back of an old traditional village, making it sooooo quiet, so peaceful. No noisy tourists to be seen anywhere!!! The staff was friendly and chill and helpful.
But, when we wanted to go out for a treat, we would just walk a few steps into the center of the village where there are some really lovely coffee shops in ancient garden courtyards, and we would eat at one of our favorite restaurants, the Secret Garden Cafe, which has yummy Chinese and Western food.
We can't wait to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful escape from the hustle and bustle.

KKenny K.Beware before booking. You have to walk up about two-storey high staircase and about 50 meter route before arriving at the hotel counter. It may not be suitable for old people and who have knee/stair climbing problem. However, after the counter, there is lift to the rooms and the roof top cafe which you can have a good view of YangShou beautiful landscape. It is located infront of the West Street main entrance and local bus stops. Local buses are not so frequent here, but tourists can easily rent an electricity motor bike, price range from RMB20-30 per day to go around the tourist attractions.

UUtente ospiteWOW!! Siamo rimasti assolutamente sbalorditi da questo fantastico hotel. Non potevamo credere che tutto sembrasse così bello nella vita reale come si vede nelle foto.
Abbiamo prenotato la camera che crediamo sia la migliore e abbia la vista migliore (situata all'ultimo piano) e siamo stati così felici di averla scelta.
Soggiornare qui è stata un'esperienza così incredibile e unica che non vediamo l'ora di tornarci per il nostro prossimo viaggio in Cina.
Ecco i momenti salienti del nostro soggiorno qui:
1) Come accennato in precedenza, la nostra suite ha il 100% delle migliori viste di qualsiasi hotel a Yangshuo. Ha davvero una vista di 270 gradi e puoi anche vedere il cielo grazie al tetto parzialmente in vetro.
2) L'intera area è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per una fuga dalla vita frenetica della città
3) Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile, pronto ad assisterti con qualsiasi richiesta a qualsiasi ora. Una delle migliori esperienze di servizio clienti che abbiamo mai avuto! 4) L'intero edificio e la nostra camera erano molto ben tenuti e puliti
5) C'è anche una bella piscina che non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usare ma che sembra molto bella
6) La posizione è semplicemente perfetta per quello che volevamo. E considerando quanto sono economici i taxi (meno di 10 Yuan per arrivare al centro città) vale la pena soggiornare qui. Puoi anche camminare per circa 20 minuti per arrivare in città. 7) Sebbene non sia tecnicamente un hotel con servizio completo, abbiamo apprezzato molto tutti i servizi offerti, in particolare le pulizie giornaliere quando ci hanno sostituito gli asciugamani, ecc.
8) Il videoproiettore è un bel tocco, così come l'ENORME vasca da bagno che può probabilmente ospitare 4 adulti
9) Come occidentali abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il water elettronico/in stile giapponese con scarico automatico e tutte le funzioni
10) L'aria condizionata è sorprendentemente potente e riesce facilmente a tenere il passo con il caldo torrido anche se si aprono tutte le tende
Cose degne di nota:
1) Il materasso era un po' rigido per noi e i cuscini un po' troppo sottili per i nostri gusti
2) Il proiettore è impostato per gli utenti cinesi e, a meno che non si trasmetta dal telefono o si esegua il mirroring dello schermo, non si avrà molta fortuna
3) La vasca da bagno sarebbe stata ancora meglio se avesse avuto un getto (come una jacuzzi), ma questo non è un vero problema
Nel complesso questo è sicuramente uno dei migliori hotel che puoi scegliere a Yangshuo e possiamo consigliare al 100% di soggiornare qui.
