Incredible staff, which doesn't speak English, but has helped me a lot with organizing my trip. The breakfast is fine, but same every day. The essential bits of the room are clean, but the walls are dirty in some parts and also tops of some surfaces are stained. The location is little further away from the main street, but can still get noisy. There is also an annoying manhole that makes noise every time a vehicle passes.

Great location on a quiet street away from the crowd. and walking distance to West Street and all other neighborhoods. Room was huge. Well decorated, super clean, quiet, and cosy. Bed was very comfortable. Service was great. I had help carrying my luggage to the top floor and bringing it down on my last day as well. The lady at the front desk was helpful with information and advice. English isn’t spoken, so use Translator App to get by. Thank you!

One of the best hotels we’ve been to in China. The style of the hotel is beautiful and very characteristic for taking pictures. The staff was very kind and lovely and helped organise the river trip and other requests we had with care and attention. They gave us tea and snacks, very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and really pretty. Location is convenient as well. Everything was clean and organised. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the area. Thank you from Italy!!

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! It is the best hotel during my whole China holiday and the front desk staff ensured I had the best time! The hotel is so cute and comfortable. The room was so beautiful and clean. There’s no elevator but the staff helped us carry the bags. Despite the language barrier they went extra miles to help us. They booked the tours for us at very special prices. And also taught how to ride the e-bike. They customized the breakfast for me as I don’t eat pork. The noodles was so delicious. The girls at the front desk and aunty in the kitchen do a commendable job!!! On a side note, trip.com has to update as some things are misleading. There is no room service here, no cafe, and no playing area as shown in the pictures. That area is close by but not part of the hotel.

Recommended. Very convenient location if taking the Li River Cruise from Guilin; you walk through the covered arcade, come out, walk 50 meters up the hill, and you’re there. It’s also about a ten minute walk to West Road. We got the “Vintage American-Style Family Room - Mountain-View.” It wasn’t very American, but the decor was very over the top, in a kitschy yet cool kind of way. The shower/bath/toilet area was massive (and had its own island) and took up nearly a third of the room. The “mountain view” was a partial view of a hill; in its defense, it was covered in greenery. The room was on the 5th floor and a walk-up, so it was a bit of a hike. It was extremely quiet, which is always excellent. The front desk staff spoke almost no English but were extremely helpful. Overall, this hotel is recommended.

早上起來在公雞的叫聲中醒來，孩子這是她第一次聽到公雞叫，很是興奮。夜晚很安靜，全家休息的很好。給這家酒店打滿分！地理位置絕佳，步行5分鐘直達灕江邊還有西街步行街，周邊網紅餐廳扎堆，房間還帶有浴缸，泡澡時幸福感爆棚。早餐現煮的本地特色桂林米粉深得我心，服務員甚至會記住客人喜好。這種細節服務在這家民宿裏真的難得一見，下次來這個城市絕對會再選這裏！

裝修風格很獨特，非常可愛的一個女孩子接待我們，還幫我們拿行李上來，很熱情，微笑💯，環境真的不錯安靜，床又軟又舒服，這麼多家店就遇到她家的有洗衣液很細心，紙巾都是潔柔的。，在房間拍照拍視頻很出片，化粧在窗台很方便。

離開了陽朔 還是念念不忘的酒店，裝修很有復古風格，整個酒店都是屬於復古風，酒店的工作人員服務也特別好，會推薦周邊景區的遊玩攻略，距離西街也很近，步行5-6分鐘就可以到了，距離灕江邊，步行2分鐘就可以到了，很滿意的一次旅行，下次有機會一定還要來！

這家酒店性價比超高，屋內很乾凈，設施用品nice，，風格獨特，美式復古風，太適合度假了！酒店早餐好吃，還有下午甜品！酒店特別周到！而且前台服務態度超棒，溝通一點不費勁，家的感覺，下次還住這裏！酒店位置也很好，邊上就是灕江，步行幾分鐘就可到陽朔西街，酒店還有小電驢🛵出租，周邊也有很多美食，真心不錯！

總體感受：很不錯 在春節價格最高位的時候入住了酒店🏨，地理位置在西街深處，很好找，也挺安靜的。離西街商業街也不遠，幾分鐘就能到 整體是舊美式風格，裝潢很特別，很好看，因為燈光是暖色調，所以一進賓館就感覺挺温馨的，老闆人也超好，會貼心準備下午茶和早餐 衞生方面挺乾淨的，沒有發現死角 唯一比較尷尬的是廁所是全開放式，和房間內部沒有阻隔，很不習慣😰

這家民宿很舒服！距離西街不遠，走走就到，比較清靜。走到西街的路上，就有不少咖啡館，泰餐館 本地菜。選擇很多。 相對於西街的喧鬧，喜歡安靜的強烈推薦
