You can tell this homestay is very new. Couldn't except better. Many places to eat around (even a nice coffee shop). Close by the West Street. You can rent a scooter from them. Too bad the room said "moutain view" but also to a parking lot...

We adored our stay here! The room was clean, light, well thought-out, and had great heating for the winter. We spent our Christmas weekend here and would come back in a flash! The family who own the homestay are lovely, are were kind enough to drive one of my friends around on a scooter (which you can rent from the homestay) when she was too nervous to drive herself - just really fantastic hosts and clearly lovely people!
It was about a 5 minute walk to West Street and about 15/20 minutes to the piers. The homestay is on a quiet side street so there wasn't too much noise. The only challenge was we were on the top (6th) floor and had no lift, but the stairs were a great little warmer after being out in the cold.

他家有個小院環境真的能出片，只是因為我去的時候是淡季，所以沒怎麼拍。老闆人超好，本來之前十月就約好要過來的，後面十二月才真正出行。他家的小電瓶算是給我騎爽了😍😍

非常愉快的一次旅行，地理位置特別好 ，去景點交通也非常便利，周圍吃的也非常多，
房間衞生非常乾淨 無異味非常整潔，空間也非常適合 睡眠也很好，床墊很舒服周圍環境也不吵鬧可以睡到自然醒 .
衞生間 水壓足夠 喜歡一次性浴巾 非常乾淨衞生. 後面有小院子，可以看山 非常舒服 .
民宿老闆非常熱情 好客，並且非常有禮貌，服務非常好 一種來朋友家的感覺 .

民宿離西街和龍頭山碼頭不遠，可步行到達。離金龍橋碼頭滴滴20元左右，離千古情滴滴10元左右。
大床房房間不大，基本上行李箱打開就不好走路了。衞生不錯，床品乾淨，床也蠻舒服。洗澡水水量夠大，洗澡很舒服，就是浴室沒法兒乾濕分離，一洗澡馬桶也都濕了。
一樓有個小院，可以休息、聊天。
服務馬馬虎虎吧。

首先，房間與老闆拍的視頻和圖片無差，可信度高，所以沒有再拍。其次，老闆和老闆娘人都很好，不僅介紹了周圍好吃的餐廳還介紹瞭如何遊玩兒，而且有路線圖，大家可以拍下來，同時還可以直接租他們的電動車，非常方便！另外，衞生間都是一次性用品，比如馬桶墊，毛巾及浴巾等，也是非常乾淨衞生！最後，隔音效果確實差一點，不過民宿嘛，其實也能理解，但是酒店位置不錯，停車方便，還有自家的精緻休閑區，可以品茶聊天，值得大家體驗！

非常值得推薦的民宿～住在裏面就像在家裡一樣，感謝店主的熱心招待。民宿在西街附近的碧蓮巷上，鬧中取靜，周邊可以吃飯的小店也不遠。房間非常乾淨，用的毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，訂的觀山標準間景觀也不錯。民宿的小花園也佈置的很好，感覺到老闆在用心的經營。好的旅途從對的落腳處開始，這裏真的很棒呀！

房間乾淨整潔舒適裝修風格簡約時尚，毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，離西街很近，環境也很好晚上挺安靜，老闆小兩口人也很實在，幫忙拿行李也很熱情，總之很滿意，愉快的一次旅程。
