Posizione fantastica vicino alla famosa West Street. Soggiorno confortevole, abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente.

This hotel has no lift, and there was nobody to help carry our luggage up the stairs. As me and my family were on the 4th floor, this was quite a big issue for us. The bathroom in our room was very smelly. Also the window was quite dirty with bird poop. And the housekeeping wasnt good, they didnt make the bed or replace bedsheets for three days. One more thing to note is that there is no phone to call reception in the room, if you want to ask them for something then you need to personally go down and talk to them, or can talk to them through wechat. Additionally, the wifi wasnt working. As for the location, it was very accessible as there were many restaurants and markets nearby. But the only good thing in the hotel is the view as it was absolutely stunning, you can see the mountain peaks through the windows and balcony.

They have written stargazing room on The room category what I have selected But above the transparent glass on the top they have covered with a shed , you cannot see the sky at all 😅 Bathtub was worst It was waste of my 40% money to choose this room And it was in the fourth floor , there was no elevator in the hotel

The place is neat and in good location. The only issues are (1) noisy at night because of the poor room isolation. (2) the customer service at the front desk somewhat not so accommodating, wanting to have extra charges.

It was quite clean and right in the centre. There was a little noise on a Friday and Saturday night but nothing too bad.

店家服務非常好，晚上很晚入住也有接待，位置很好在西街但不是很吵，非常愉快的一次入住體驗！

不知道為什麼會有4.7分，最多3分。 唯一優點是離夜市近（100米）。 缺點:樓下有幾家酒吧，會唱到12點後。 房間有幾衹小蟑螂（第二天早上一個在被子上，一個從茶座的窗簾那邊跑出來，好惡心）。基本上無服務。無電梯。 10.下午預訂了兩晚（10.3和10.4），1400+（溢價就忍了，每家都漲），當時太着急，點擊了兩晚連定（建議大家每晚分開定，住2晚就有兩個訂單，這樣方便更改，取消的話，損失也更小）。 10.3去往酒店的路上，發現10.4的房降了200左右，到店後跟酒店反映住10.3的，取消10.4的，酒店不給取消（不能責怪他，畢竟攜程上也過了退房時間）。我申請4號晚上升級房間，酒店答應了。10.4上午，我去看了給我們換的四樓那個更大的帶陽台的雙床房，大房間不足以吸引我（因為換房無電梯、又要收拾行李）。等10.4下午在外遊玩，發現房間又降了差不多100元。幸好平台給力，差價問題基本解決，但是酒店的態度和環境，真是讓人傷心。 旁邊有地*村青山*舍，最少裝修風格和門面都很不錯，當時因為那邊貴了幾百塊，選擇了一顆雷。後悔，多幾百塊而已，為什麼捨不得。

房間還算不錯了，畢竟是民宿。有個小平台環境還挺好的。有個小陽台，看風景，早晨呼吸新鮮空氣還不錯。在西街裏，出入逛街很方便。就是沒電梯，提行李有點累。

前台服務很ok，人都很好滴。房間衞生可以，靠近西街，有一丟丟深入，在巷子裏，沒有電梯，不過我們在二樓，還可以接受哈哈哈，浴室的下水道口堵了，洗澡容易積水溢出浴室，不過不算太過嚴重（沒溢出房間）就沒跟前台説了。總體上方便我們出入西街遊玩

房內乾淨整潔無異味，設施齊全，離西街也近。我帶了的三個小孩非常喜歡房間裏的佈置和風格，於是我們在這裏住了三個晚上，真的是很深得人心呢😊 如果下次還去桂林，我還是會毫不猶豫的選擇這裏😘

酒店樓下就是西街一角，方便，晚上睡覺不吵。訂的家庭閣樓套間，乾淨舒適，還有個大的榻榻米，陽台有藤椅鞦韆，小朋友很喜歡。諮詢樓下前台小姐姐旅遊線路，前台小姐姐也很熱情幫忙策劃。

酒店位置很好，距離各景點都很近；酒店窗外即美景，露台讓人體驗空中花園美景，設施環境俱佳；前台接待細緻周到，給我們旅行提供了許多便利，在此表示衷心感謝！！！

民宿位置很好找的 在西街裏面 定位很準確 特意找的這家和網上點評的差不多 房間有個陽台太熱不想出門在陽台吃個外賣 很舒服哦 打車也是很方便的 酒店出門左手邊走50米左右就可以 因為沒有拍酒店照片習慣 民宿裝修風格很温馨 設施都中規中矩 挑選了很多家果然沒失望 PS：到達當天遇見了老闆 很帥氣的一個舞者 聊天過程知道我們也是舞者 超級熱情的給我介紹吃的 還特意帶我們去吃了當地一家米粉 還請我們喝了飲料 經常出門在外比賽 第一次感受到當地的温暖 感謝

房子很不錯，地理位置也好，老闆人也好，態度都特別好，而且出門就有小吃一條街，門口就是出租電動車的地方，特別方便推薦大家來哦，房間外面還有陽台晾衣服很方便，不錯哦
