Beautifully built and room size is good. Good services everywhere with excellent help from its staff despite the hotel facilities is not fully be opened.

在陽朔TUI酒店，遇見理想中的Staycation🌳
原本訂了另一家高價酒店，卻在出發前兩天偶然發現了這家TUI集團旗下的寶藏。想起以前在國外學習時常見到TUI的標誌，沒想到在陽朔重逢，緣分真是奇妙 ！
安排的房間在五樓，推開門就被滿窗的綠色治癒了。清晨看着攀巖者在山壁上緩緩移動，像一幅會呼吸的山水畫。最滿意的設計是雙台盆和陽台很舒服的小沙發！
早餐的一碗牛腱子脆皮米粉讓我們念念不忘，肉質超好。西瓜汁和卡式土豆更是強推！午餐性價比也高，擂辣椒番茄牛肉特別好吃，分量很足～（在陽朔最好吃的一頓）
特別要感謝管家Candy，全天候服務、關心我們。還有前台的小哥和小妹妹們，態度非常好，精神面貌也很不錯，每次路過大廳都會熱情地打招呼並解決我們的需求。 （ 晚上我們的電動車需要充電，找不到地方，小妹妹們二話不説就幫忙處理，非常感謝😊）。早餐的接待女生和戴眼鏡服務男生也贊，還專門幫我們拿了一紮西瓜汁來！
下次再來陽朔，一定會回到這個像朋友一樣温暖的酒店。這裏不僅有絕美的風景，更有讓人想一再回來的温度。

你們好！我剛從你們酒店退房，忍不住想寫封信表揚一下。酒店設計真的很棒，帶陽台的房間空氣特別好，每天早上醒來都感覺神清氣爽。
特別要誇誇前台的小謝，kiki lucy她們都很貼心。不僅帶我們選衣服，還親自帶我們到三樓平台拍照，拍出來的照片非常美。她的服務真是沒話説，絕對是酒店的“明星員工”！
餐廳的服務員也特別棒，溝通起來非常順暢，點菜時還能給出專業的建議，更讓我感動的是，酒店還特意為我朋友準備了酒店自己製作的水果生日蛋糕，味道還特別好。
總之，你們的服務讓我們很滿意，下次一定還會再來，也推薦給身邊的朋友。希望你們繼續保持這種高水準的服務，讓更多客人像我一樣感受到這份温暖和用心！

酒店地理位置不錯，很方便，陽朔不大打車，開車，租電瓶車都很方便。設施很新衞生很乾凈，酒店的服務人員也很熱情，提出的建議和推薦的餐廳都很忠懇，好吃。尤其是早餐豐盛，我們來是淡季按份點，可以隨意搭配不夠隨意加。酒店的裝修風格是我比較喜歡的，不喜歡過於中式的，當初選了很久，對比後覺得民宿安全和衞生上都怕踩雷，包括看到很多民宿的評價周圍都是菜地村子，還是有點擔心的，這個酒店相對獨立，安全，完全無差評。很推薦！

真實評價，在這裏連住了三天，極度推薦這家酒店，不僅是酒店環境優秀，更是感謝工作人員的耐心幫助。環境方面酒店很新，設計感很強，更像高端國際酒店。工作人員非常熱心，特別感謝管家candy，黃主管和值夜班的工作人員。我和妻子最後一天得了急性腸胃炎，病到已經走不動路了。管家candy幫我們照顧了孩子，住宿中有任何問題都幫忙解決了。值夜班的人員幫我們取了暖水袋，黃主管第二天帶我去了醫院，全稱幫忙看病，救了半條命，非常感激他們。給這家優秀的酒店的各方面滿分好評！

這家酒店是我在看到後，再花了好久時間各方面對比後，決定入住的。原因有幾點：
1.陽朔為數不多的酒店化管理的功能很全面的酒店。從裝修，配套設備，衞生，洗浴，餐食，軟裝硬裝都很很很很好。這和很多人氣很高，但圖不符實或者溢價較高網紅民宿相比，我覺得途易藍酒店在各方各面有一流保障的。
2.裝修要拎出來重點講，他們的衞生間裏雙人浴室和大澡剛設計，低調又獨到，特別乾淨，這一點，作為中度潔癖人士，我有點點發言權的。
3.地理位置。雖不在景區內，但也算是交通便利，對面就是千古情。其實我也會為這個地理位置糾結了下，因為確實看到很多在景區內酒店的視野很漂亮，但是呢，考慮到我絕對不會因為景觀犧牲掉掉居住體驗（這裏主要是指衞生環境）我還是選了TUIblue。
4.貼心下午茶，等會兒有圖，看了就知道。
5.前台小妹妹Lucy很熱情噢，有需求，她都會很熱情高效率地迴應幫忙解決的💕比心～
總結，五星好評這給這家，沒有水分的。

酒店地理位置優越，在桂林千古情景區對面，看演出挺方便。
翌日早晨打開窗紗後的景色讓我頗為驚喜，若不是白天行程安排的很滿，我定在房間內躺上兩天。
酒店餐廳服務很貼心，昨兒去一樓餐廳問油茶是不是薑茶的時候，小哥直接給煮了一杯薑茶，剛好昨天腸胃有點着涼[強]
不管是網上隨時呼應的管家lucy，還是餐廳貼心的小哥，都讓我對貴酒店留下了很美好的印象，就是沒有拍到太多酒店的圖片超可惜的！！
最後留下一點建議希望您們能改進，望採納！！
建議
1.廁所洗澡防水條不夠密封，容易溢水出來；
2.浴缸旁建議擺放一次性浴缸套，浴鹽；
3.陽台2道門可以改一道做紗窗，通風的同時還可防蚊蟲；
4.兩個枕頭有點太高，可以搭配多一個矮一點的；
5.洗手枱建議加個化粧鏡，護膚的時候總得俯身湊近看，近視星人的痛點😭
6.房間提供一些茶葉（紅茶/綠茶）

此行入住相和裏酒店是最大的驚喜之一，服務態度非常貼心，景色超美，床品舒服，裝修有格調，客房阿姨打掃衞生特別乾淨。管家Lucy態度超好，幾乎做到有求必應，有什麼事找她反饋速度也很快，超級温暖的小姐姐，給我們賓至如歸的感覺。落地窗view真的太讚了，家人都誇我酒店訂的不錯～

酒店很乾凈寬敞明亮，風格設計很大氣，設施方便，有停車場，衞生很乾凈，離千古情景區近，三樓的觀景台非常出片，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的服務人員很熱情效率很高，管家LUCY服務的很周到，基本有求必應，房間入住的滿意！
