Very nice hotel, the hotel is very close to the airport, it takes about 15 minutes by car. The staffs are very nice. The staff is very helpful and sent me to the airport in the morning. The buffet in the restaurant are very good. I enjoyed it very much.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed and had all the basic amenities. Accommodating and helpful reception staff. Great gym. Value for money. Would stay again.

Attended an event and turned it into a staycation. As always LOTTE did not disappoint. Friendly staff and excellent service. Beautiful setting and great food. Definitely worth checking in

My experience was really very good, they took care of me as one of them I was at home all the time when I was there. Especially at the Bar on lobby area that team lead by the lady captain was fantastic.

In general, mostly are good except an incident with the reception. One of my guess was meeting me in the hotel and because he arrived early and we are unable to communicate due to the restrictions, asked the reception if she can help to call me in my room. Despite giving my name and my booking reference, she just brush off saying there is no such person after checking her computer. Obviously she was not helpful.
