The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service!
Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

MMaheshI have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the last two months. Always a pleasure to see the smiling staff.
The hotel features a simple but sumptuous breakfast, compiementary dinner with porridge, steamed bread and veggies. There is a simple gymnasium and laundry room for the guests.
Excellent service. After checking out I mistakenly placed order on Taobao for multiple items with delivery to this hotel. On informing the staff, they made sure to collect all the items and handover to my colleagues.

La vista è assolutamente bella, e la zona in cui si trova l'hotel è molto tranquilla e rilassante durante le vacanze di maggio.
Solo una suggerimento: con i piani della stanza polverosa, sarebbe bello se l'hotel avesse attrezzature di pulizia di base, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi (non mi sento comodo contattare il personale per pulire la stanza, soprattutto con la barriera linguistica, Perciò sarebbe semplice farlo da solo rapidamente).
Sarebbe anche bello includere una microonde, piastrelle, cutter e utensili di servizio nelle camere, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi e per i genitori con bambini. Sarebbe anche fantastico avere camere con un'area di gioco, e certamente pagherei di più se fossero incluse le sopracitate.
Il servizio in camera è disponibile dal caffè al primo piano, dove si possono consegnare bevande e sandwich alla vostra stanza, o si può godere di essa in piedi con un grande libro dalla biblioteca.
Rimarrei sicuramente in questo hotel.

NNuanyouL'hotel è situato nella zona di East Tai, e il cibo è conveniente intorno a lui.Il parcheggio è sotterraneo e conveniente.Andare a Hong Kong per vedere il mare, una strada retta, molto aperta.
Sento che c'è troppo poco elettricità, così tante camere sono in alto e giù, un po' lento.L'effetto di isolamento sonoro non è buono.
La nuova apertura è ancora buona, cioè senza un piccolo frigorifero, non posso bere bevande fredde in estate.

L'hotel è situato in posizione perfetta su Jianjun Road, nel centro città.
Il famoso Zhulin Hotel e l'Hongxiang Chanshenfang sono entrambi facilmente raggiungibili, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo.

GGaryKL'hotel non era male per una piccola città. La stanza era grande e pulita, il personale era amichevole e utile. Il colazione non era male anche. E' solo un po' troppo vecchio, i mobili sono indossati, alcune soccette nella stanza non funzionano

MM28895****All'hotel di vacanza di Grand Lago, che ero in passato, ho assunto la mia bella immaginazione di ”vacanza”. Da ambiente al servizio, ogni posto fa sentire ”scelta giusta”.
L'hotel è più sorprendente in un ambiente tranquillo, lontano dalle rocce della città, come se fosse nascosto nel segreto della natura.La vegetazione verde è molto buona nel parco. La volontà verde piena di occhi fa la gente rilassarsi immediatamente. Qui non c'è bisogno di un viaggio. Il rocce deve rallentare, e può godere della volontà di rocce.
L'esperienza della colazione è chiamata ”sorpresa”, non solo una varietà ricca, tra cui la combinazione di uova con zuppa di pesce e zuppa di pesce è anche un uovo dolce con un profumo di aroma, la zuppa di pesce fresca è calda al fondo del cuore, una goccia a una goccia, ogni goccia è soddisfatta, rendendo la colazione il momento più atteso ogni giorno.
I dettagli della camera sono anche molto intimi, la stanza è pulita e luminosa, la toilette è stata separata secco e facile da usare e pulita. Il servizio di Xiao Xiao Xiaoyuan è un punto aggiuntivo. Non solo è entusiasta, ma ha anche iniziato a elaborare un piano di gioco dettagliato per noi, risparmiandoci i problemi di aggressione.Sapevo che siamo venuti da soli, chiedendo anche la patente e aiutando a registrarsi. Il servizio dettagliato fa sentire la gente molto caldo.
Il tempo dopo il pranzo è anche molto piacevole. Voglio andare in palestra per un po'di attività; voglio camminare con la famiglia, passeggiare lentamente lungo la pista del parco, scorrere il paesaggio lungo la strada, fare alcune foto con la mano, semplice e felice.
Un hotel così bello, con cibo dolce e servizi intime fa davvero sentire ”non male”. La prossima volta che andrà al lago di Big Liu, sceglierebbe qui!

Zzzhou****The hotel is located inside a park, next to a man-made lake, high ceiling. There are plenty of parking if you drive there. The service is not what you expected from a 5 star hotel, almost none. You have to ask them to change bed sheets if you stay there for more than one day. The water temperature in the shower was unpredictable, you can be burned if not extremely careful. Food was ok.
