L'hotel è circondato da un'atmosfera tranquilla e raffreddata, e l'intera proprietà era improvvisamente pulita, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Quello che si è davvero rivelato era il servizio eccezionale. Il personale era caldo, amichevole e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Hanno fatto un passo avanti offrendo assistenza proattiva, indipendentemente dal fatto che mi guidasse o semplicemente accedesse per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto. La loro attenzione ha aggiunto un contatto personale che mi ha fatto sentire davvero apprezzato come ospite.
Quando ho capito che ho lasciato un articolo, ho chiamato l'hotel e Xiao Xu al di fuori del dipartimento ha confermato entro pochi secondi che era stato conservato in sicurezza. Ha anche organizzato che mi venisse fornita il giorno dopo, un servizio così eccellente!

AAnthony GarethJust stayed in this Atour hotel for two weeks on a business trip. I’d previously stayed at the Vienna next door. Atour is a level above.
Staff were great. No English spoken but all very helpful and phone translator apps work well.
The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast is typically Chinese. Good choice of stir fried dishes, baozi, fruit, etc and a good coffee machine. Did I say the staff were very helpful? My colleague needed once and fork as he can’t use chopsticks. After his first day they got them for him automatically.
Location….down side street off a main road. 15 minutes walk to Stone if you want a great steak. 15 minutes walk a different way to the walking street. It’s quite central in the city. I’ll be visiting Dongtai regularly and after trying 3 different hotels before here I’ve found my go-to hotel.

Solo una suggerimento: con i piani della stanza polverosa, sarebbe bello se l'hotel avesse attrezzature di pulizia di base, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi (non mi sento comodo contattare il personale per pulire la stanza, soprattutto con la barriera linguistica, Perciò sarebbe semplice farlo da solo rapidamente).
Sarebbe anche bello includere una microonde, piastrelle, cutter e utensili di servizio nelle camere, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi e per i genitori con bambini. Sarebbe anche fantastico avere camere con un'area di gioco, e certamente pagherei di più se fossero incluse le sopracitate.
Il servizio in camera è disponibile dal caffè al primo piano, dove si possono consegnare bevande e sandwich alla vostra stanza, o si può godere di essa in piedi con un grande libro dalla biblioteca.
Rimarrei sicuramente in questo hotel.

1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected.
The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds!
I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights.
The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer.
Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.

Xiao Xue, che lavora al dipartimento frontale, mi accompagnò alla stazione ferroviaria di un'ora di distanza a Yancheng. Ha anche assicurato che i miei beni fossero immagazzinati da noon-6pm dopo aver controllato e stava esplorando la zona.
