AAshley_Young3Our 4 nights stay at this hotel is definitely the highlight of our Changbaishan trip. We had minimal planning for our trip here knowing that the hotel could take care of almost everything. The snowy weather makes this place looks very magical with the decoration too!
Things I really like about this hotel:
1. The pickup from Changbaishan train station to hotel, notify the hotel a day before arrival
2. Unlimited access to natural hot spring, both outdoor and indoor.
3. Fast pass to Changbaishan Tianchi (peak) by skipping the queue. The hotel is just few hundred meters away from Changbaishan entrance
4. Ski ticket and transport to the nearest Ski Resort
5. Great variety for breakfast
6. Clean and spacious room
7. An assigned butler(张永萍)to us to help with all our needs during our trip and stay in CBS
8. Recommended driver from the hotel to bring us around Erdaobai town, very friendly driver and reasonable charges
Things to improve:
1. Choice of meals for room service can be improved
2. There’s a Food Hall for hotel guests to go for lunch and dinner since the hotel is quite some distance from the town. Meals are quite costly in exchange for convenience

SShana101Anche se abbiamo prenotato una stanza senza finestre, ci sorprendevamo quanto ci fosse confortevole durante la nostra permanenza qui di 3 notti. Le letti sono super morbide e le camere sono molto spaziose, vengono con riscaldamento e umidificatore. Il bagno è il migliore con acqua calda elettrica e sistema di riscaldamento. Tutti i mobili sono molto nuovi e il posto è in generale abbastanza pulito
Il servizio è disponibile gratuitamente dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel. In quanto straniero, è stato ancora facile contattarli tramite telefono trip.com Internet, e seguirli tramite WeChat. Una volta all’hotel la posizione è grande è a piedi di distanza dalle principali aree alimentari e 5 minuti a piedi alla fermata del bus (bus gratuito!) che vi porta al centro di Changbaishan North. - Ricordate di prenotare i vostri biglietti in anticipo!
In generale, si consiglierà facilmente di rimanere qui se si visita Changbaishan :)

HheymingsterThe hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine).
However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting!
美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort.
1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal.
2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins
Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins
Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river
3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang.
4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍
Thank you hotel boss for everything.
We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

DDavidsoCalConfortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

UUtente ospiteHotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so.

The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. UUtente ospiteI'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts.
Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food.
Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner.
As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager:
- please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave;
- extended breakfast time to at least 9:30;
- include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

MMarsha MarshaHo avuto un bel tempo a Yánje da quando ho pianificato molte escursioni di frontiera. Posso parlare sia coreano che cinese a modo mio per navigare questa regione, che è anche nota come la Terza Corea. La posizione di questo posto era grande, dal momento che era nel centro della città, oltre all'Università di Yanji. (Mi è stato assegnato la stanza 1206.)
Non sono sicuro delle foto che usano per la pubblicità, ma la mia stanza sembrava molto più beat e antiquata, ma ho ucciso anche un sacco di piccoli cazzoni che roaming intorno alla zona della cucina. Ancora una volta, non era un gran numero per me, perché non erano ginormali, ma un grande cazzo apparve un giorno vicino al bagno. È una cosa per la stanza che sembra un po'diversa dalle foto pubblicizzate, ma per favore almeno mantenga lo spazio molto più pulito. (La lavatrice era un bonus, ma dovevo comprare un sapone da lavatrice vicino alla porta del negozio di convenienza, che avrebbe dovuto essere fornita, visto che c’era una scatola vuota di sapone sul pavimento accanto alla macchina. ) Il motivo per cui ho prenotato questo posto è stato fare lavanderia frequente piuttosto che stare in un hotel ...
Viaggiavo da NYC, quindi non mi sembrava essere un turista cinese medio da una regione nazionale. Questa è la mia prima visita in Cina da 1996.05 e ho usato il mio visto 10-year per la prima volta da quando ho applicato il mio visto in 2017.08.
