Yamanakako: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Hotel itself is bit isolated and need to rent a car to get to the hotel. There is nothing stand out in this Marriott hotel. Stayed here for one night due to it's close approximity to the lake and hotel has suna in offer.

This hotel is better than I expected. The view was great, the hot spring was great. My kids loved the camp fire as well. The manager allowed us to leave our luggage there for a couple of hours after we check out, so we can go out and explore without the luggage.

The hotel requires a drive all the way up the hill. Hence, it's not recommended if you are not driving. Onsen and private baths are the best highlights for this hotel, otherwise the food options were very pricey. Stayed in a premium twin room and they placed a lamp right next to the mirror door which we accidentally hit and broke it while using the mirror. The hotel wanted to charged 20,000 yen for the accidental damage but we negotiated for a lower fee. Thankfully they accepted in view that we were sincere about paying but not an exorbitant pricing. Cautious to anyone staying here to look out for breakable furnishing in the room.

Great location for a Fuji view + nearby cafe The Park was a phenomenal experience. Definitely enjoyed the next door combini aswell. However do not like the group requirement to eat at the restaurant and lack of microwave in the rooms. Still highly recommend.

Lovely view of mount Fuji everyday. Room is huge with ample walking space. Bathroom and toilet is separated space There is a large onsen that you can use everyday, with yukata provided. Location is along a stretch of road, easily accessible by car. Do note that the car park can get filled up quickly.

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero buona, anche se si è seduto in 44 stazioni di bus per un'ora e mezz'ora dalla stazione di casinò all'hotel Ma fuori dalla finestra dell'hotel è la montagna Fuji. E'una sorpresa per me che pensassi che il tempo potesse essere cattivo e cattivo. La signorina fratello e sorella della ricetta dell'hotel sono molto entusiasti, ma il servizio in camera è davvero un incidente! Abbiamo vissuto due notti, quindi il bagagliaio era tutto nella stanza. È stato praticamente molto pulito, ma il giorno dopo che siamo usciti dalla stanza, siamo tornati nella stanza e abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita, ma abbiamo trovato due pigiama sul letto che erano stati messi sul pavimento!!Il piccolo fratello ha lamentato la ricetta e ha detto: ”Favoloso!” Il servizio in camera è fuori servizio!Lo rifletterà! Poi la notte non ho trovato il latte di latte che era stato messo nella lavagna, ho trovato un ricordo che deve essere stato sgombrato dalla persona che ha pulito la stanza, ma perche'?Il latte finito non ha mai mangiato? Torna al receptionist!Dopo aver cambiato una signorina, ho preso una bottiglia di latte di lavanderia e sono uscito con la mia lavanderia. Quindi la maggior parte della mia lavanderia è stata raccolta per la lavanderia??Non c'è nessun'altra spiegazione per la lavanderia 🙄 Quindi non riuscivo a trovare la vitamina B più tardi. Ho dubbi molto che non valesse il pezzo per chiamare la polizia!! Quindi non so se non dovrei raccomandare per questo hotel. Non so se andrò di nuovo. Giusto, il cavo potrebbe essere spogliato, ma il cavo non puo'sopportare il cavo. Per un attimo non penso sia solo che lavare l'acqua e fluire.

酒店毗鄰山中湖，從新宿和御殿場都有直達巴士，每個房間是一個拖車，部分房間正對着富士山，雖然有部分遮擋，但整體環境是非常棒的，有浴缸，有桑拿，有木柴木炭可以燒烤，非常棒的體驗。 這家酒店完全是自助服務，包括入住手續，通過填寫預訂得到的6位號碼在機器check in，然後機器會告訴你指定的房間以及門鎖密碼。我是在攜程商旅預訂的，訂單中並沒有給我這個6位號碼，所以到現場我沒法辦理入住，後來電話聯繫酒店，溝通了半天，酒店派了一個小哥過來幫我完成了check in，建議攜程跟供應商反應這個問題並解決
