"Location was right behind the JR station, there is convenient store and supermarket next to it. We had a family room with 3 double beds and sofa bed and a massage chair, the massage chair was the best after a day in the snow.
2nd floor is the reception and the place to hang out with free drinks, u can buy your own food and hang out there, if I go to Yamagata, definitely with go to this hotel again."

"These newer Daiwa hotel are best. We've stayed in Yamagata, Koriyama, and Morioka they're very similarily designed and decor. They're better then other Daiwa in other cities. Their moderate Twins allows extra sofa bed is perfect fit for our family of 4 to sleep comfortably while staying together. Everything is just perfect with these newer built Daiwa hotels if you can find a good price on them."

"The location was absolutely unbeatable—right inside the train station, making it incredibly convenient! Surrounded by a wide variety of food options both within and outside the station, it’s a food lover’s dream.
The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again whenever I’m in town!"

"Nice place to stay near restaurants. Staffs are very helpful even though we have arrived late for dinner checkin later going fir dinner first. Having Ugata (Japanese traditional dress) for us to wear either. Big room however there is no private bathroom. Onzen has comfortable and nice."

"非常好的酒店，一應俱全，房間挺寬敞。進門換鞋，所選酒店雖老，但保護的很好很清爽。到藏王bus terminal可以打電話給酒店，他們會開車來接。返程也會送到bus站。酒店離4號纜車，和5號纜車的購票中心衹有50米。是離這兩個纜車最近的酒店了應該。前台可以買纜車優惠券。7000一天。滑雪很友好。酒店有很寬敞的雪具乾燥室在B1。住了三天，三頓晚飯都會略有些不同，特別是主菜的肉燒法會不同。不會太膩。温泉有室內和室外，基本都是包場的人很少。性價比非常高的酒店。唯一就是周邊沒有便利店，想吃零食的建議帶一些進去。

"車站東口出來2個路口就到飯店了，櫃檯很客氣很有耐心的解說入住規則，早餐超豐盛的，煎蛋捲，太陽蛋，溫泉蛋，還有好多好好吃的食物，房間很大，周邊超多餐館，晚餐我們選了中華五十番的餐館，點了拉麵，湯頭很棒，然後又去百貨公司的超市買一點食物和水果，超滿足的，地理位置我覺得很棒，下次如有到山形會再入住👍"

"Ho appena incontrato il lobby dell'hotel, ho fatto un piccolo pasticcino o ho fatto un po'di ristorazione (2 opzioni 1) per la colazione. Non importa, ma vivere per tre giorni e non cambiare gusto per tre giorni...Anche se mangiare un piccolo pasticcino ogni giorno, ci sono diverse opzioni per scegliere!Quindi dare un numero inferiore di stelle nell'impianto."

MMichal LihockyLa stanza era bella, con tatami, yukata, tabi, e un piccolo sacchetto con asciugamani da portare con voi quando andate al loro giusto sacco di stronzate che si trovano proprio in giro. Il cucciolo ha buone strutture, ha 2 bagni, uno dentro che è circa 42 - 45 gradi, e uno fuori che è di solito più freddo circa 38 - 42. La cosa migliore su quel cucciolo è che di solito non ci sono molte persone, spesso ero lì da solo.
Il colazione era anche grande, c'erano almeno 20-30 piatti/alimenti diversi da scegliere. L'hotel vende anche passe di sci scontati, e ha il proprio servizio di noleggio sci/snowboard a prezzi inferiori a quelli della maggior parte dei servizi di noleggio vicino (il snowboard era di grande qualità, le scarpe non molto).
Quando abbiamo controllato, l'hotel ha organizzato una macchina per portarci al terminale degli autobus. In generale, uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in Giappone. 👌🏻

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo guidato da soli. Passiamo attraverso la Wenzhen Street del Tibet, che ha sentito un odore di aroma forte. Alla fine di andare al parcheggio dell'hotel. Dopo aver pulito l'auto, abbiamo bisogno di dodici scale. I dipendenti dell'hotel hanno bisogno di aiutare a prendere i bagagli prima di prendere il bagaglio. Stiamo in una stanza calda con mezzo cielo, il piano inferiore è soggiorno, il piano superiore è bagno, la stanza è molto spaziosa, comoda e pulita, la pasta è anche molto deliziosa, il caldo è anche grande, non sarà deluso come il caldo e il caldo!

ZZoeAbsolutely lovely place. At first I thought I'd be uncomfortable with how spaceous the room was (I'm a very jumpy solo traveller), but the room was just so comfy with an excellent view. The heater was a bit hot, but there was an electric fan too, so all was great.
The hotel allows you to have a free 50 minute private bath each night, and the private baths are amazing, able to accommodate up to five persons and with windows to let in the light and stuff. Excellent onsen water -- very acidic and very hot. Takes some time getting used to the heat, but once you do it's a heavenly experience. There are also public baths (free of charge) that you could enjoy throughout the night and into early morning (they're closed for cleaning only during 9-12 in the morning), one indoor and one outdoor, both connected to one another. The outdoor one is a bit small, but it's so refreshing to be able to flee from the stifling indoor onsen to enjoy the crisp winter air while soaking up in the heat.

NNetotrevinoWoah! Questo è uno dei migliori ryokans che abbiamo mai avuto. Il personale era super attento e poteva parlare un po' di inglese, le camere erano sorprendenti (vedi le foto!). Il bagno in camera era fantastico, quindi non c'era bisogno di andare al bagno pubblico o privato.
L'hotel è situato a 3 minuti dalla stazione di autobus e si trova a buon fine vicino a tutto. Raccomandiamo fortemente di rimanere in questo luogo e cercheremo di tornare con amici e famiglia. Oh! Il cibo era anche wow! Abbiamo incluso colazione e cena e il dinner sukiyaki ha offerto Yamagata A5 carne per cui doveva morire. La colazione era anche fantastica!

Ужин очень вкусный, сытный, разнообразный. Бесплатный трансфер до автовокзала. Внимательный персонал. Мы очень довольны отдыхом в этом месте. Если когда-нибудь еще посчастливится попасть в Дзао, с радостью снова остановимся в этом сказочном месте. Большое спасибо!

WWith my shutterถือเป็นที่พักที่นอนสบายมาก เหมือนอยู่บ้าน โรงแรมใหญ่ ทำเลสำหรับคนมีรถถือว่าดี ตั้งอยู่ที่เนินสูงพอสมควร แต่ติดกับลานสกี หมายเลข 3 เลย จากโรงแรมสามารถเดินออกด้านข้างและสไลด์ลงไปที่ลานสกีได้เลย ข้อดีคือสะดวกตรงนี่
ข้อเสียคือ ผมไม่มีรถเวลากลางคืนต้องขึ้นลงเนินไกลพอสมควรจากถนนเส้นหลัก แต่ก็เดินได้ชิวๆเพราะอากาศหนาวดี
ข้อดี ข้อเด่น รร มีบ่อน้ำร้อนส่วนตัวและสาธารณะ บ่อสาธารณะเข้าฟรี ดีมาก แช่ทุกวันเลย
จองอาหารเช้า และเย็น อร่อยและคุ้มค่ามากๆ
โรงแรม มีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีถึง 17:30 น. หากใครเดินทาง ก็แจ้งให้ โรงแรมไปรับส่งได้ ก็ถือว่าดีเลย

RRosina KimIt’s quite a big hotel, 3 buildings are connected and there are many rooms. The rooms are a bit outdated but still maintained well. Service was good and flexible. Transportation to the village is quite necessary when the roads are covered by snow, especially with luggage. They have free shuttle bus which is great.
Best parts: 1. Dinner semi-buffet has unlimited alcoholic beverages including local sake, draft beer and wines. 2. Ski & board rental shop is right outside of the hotel. Although hotel only accept cash for the lift ticket, you can rent the gear (rental shop accepts credit card) and ski down the hill (20sec) to the cable ticket counter to buy ticket, pay by credit card. The location has lifts 5,6 and cable 4

Right by Yamagata Station & perfect place to shop. Bunch of parks as well, Kajo Park in particular has the Yamagata Castle Ruins. I spent a day going to Ginzan Onsen, further away compared to Zao. Definitely beautiful view but make sure you are aware of the bus & train schedules, because they come by roughly once an hour.
The hostess is as nice as the reviews say she is! A little awkward at first, but she'd chat with me & patient when I tried speaking in Japanese. Very cheery personality! There was an avalanche risk warning, but she reassured me I'll be safe going to Ginzan Onsen. She'd come out to greet or see me off each day. Overall, very pleasant!
Amenities were great! She provided basic necessities without extra charge (toothbrush/paste, towels) AND a yukata!! The futon was already set out for me when I arrived. Each night, when I returned, the bath was ready so I could go straight to showering & soaking. Lastly the amazing breakfast like the other reviews have stated. So cheap for how much food she gives you! Great variety, the rice smelled amazing, & a little different each meal. You come down at the agreed time, sit at a table with the TV on, & eat the meal in peace.
Overall, the best place I stayed at in Japan & will definitely book again when visiting Yamagata! You really get to live the traditional Japanese-lifestyle!

A better location might be located on the east side of Yamagata station as there are more food and beverage and convenience stores available.
Dated property but cozy and functional. A man made onsen within the property doesn’t hurt. We also had a rental car and overnight parking was ¥600.
Complimentary breakfast however you must account for time and occupancy, we did not have time to enjoy it due to the lines.
Service was top notch. Hotel was helpful with directions and translation.
A senior lady went the extra mile to assist with contacting next hotel and even considered train timings as well as advising us to stay in Yamagata and not go early as there was nothing available in the next onsen town.

^^Ki@Patient and efficient front desk services, efficient for check in and out procedure. Restaurant located at 1-3 floor, very convenient. Also, JR , Shinkansen station nearby, big shopping mall and department store at top of JR station. Good and convenient.
